it was ok to stay 1-2 nights while one is in the transit/travelling by car. and it is not far from Venice. there is nice nature around, different trees, palms, snails, pheasants and grass lawn. there is very good restaurant next door, at the crossroad, which looks like belong to the same owner. Very good one and highly recommended.

Service leaves much to be desired, most of the staff are not trained how to make a good and timely service and treat guests, who are basically paying them salary. there is one lady at the reception, who is talking to the guests as if they are guilty with something by default and owe her something. she managed to spoil completely an impression of the hotel.

Breakfast was Great plenty of room in the breakfast room, A nice touch room card on table and plenty of food / help yourself. Location 25 minutes walk to train station or you can book a transfer / car from Hotel cost 14 euro's return Lovely gardens around the Hotel with five Peacocks roaming around Staff were Very Helpful and Caring The Steam room in our suite was a bonus THANK YOU

The only thing was you can't walk through the breakfast room to the patio area / gardens from bar so you have to carry your drinks and go out the main reception down to the car park and around the hedge to the entrance into the garden / patio. Why

EVERYTHING!! This was my first time to Italy and Venice was first on the list of my friend and I's week of travel. The hotel, staff, location was perfect! The staff went above and beyond and so friendly that it certainly helped to kick start a great time in Italy. I will be going back for maybe a long weekend, like it's only 2 hours away and the hotel exceeded expectations. Close location for taxi from airport to hotel, and even better location for train station to wherever we needed to go. Highly recommend this hotel and Italy train travel

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast awesome.The staff especially Tamara and Francesca were awesome. Everyone at the hotel were happy to help no matter the time. The hotel provided us with a shuttle to the train station and picked us up from train station back to hotel all we had to do is to call them. They even had peacocks roaming the grounds, swimming pool

Tech especially for younger clients we have a lot of ipads etc to charge. More usb ports and smart tv. so guests can use netflix etc we couldn’t understand language on tv but that was not hotels fault.

Very nice and clean hotel, in the shape of flower :), large and quiet room and bathroom, good bed and terrace where you can relax. Excelent parking. Although it is placed of some kind of industrial zone, it is isolated and surrounded by pleasant nature, including peacocks that roam freely. Pleasant, spacious and bright restaurant with a nice selection of food. solid bed. Very friendly staff who will meet all you request. In any case, a nice place to rest, short or long.

The minimum complaint is the absence of glass glasses, kettle, pots, tea or coffee, or at least a couple of bottles of water in empty fridge-bar in the standard room. Hotel of this category and quality (in our opinion) must have to offer at least the minimum (even in a standard room) and that this should be included in the price (even if it were higher) and that it should not be the subject of subsequental agreements in any sense. We think it would be a nice and not costly gesture of respect for the guest.

I need to praise the staff of this hotel! Every single person is super friendly, helpful, smiling which makes the stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is in a great location for whoever has a car and wants to explore Venice and its surrounding (Jesolo, Lido, Treviso). The rooms are spacious, the pool is rather small but a great place to take a dip after a day of exploration, the breakfast is great (amazing croissants!!!), there is a bar open 24 hours, only great stuff about this place!

Hotel that diserve the 4 stars Excellent services 👌, excellent location,very clean and very nice rooms, a good place for a family vacantion close to the sea We where 5 , two adults and 3 children Children had their room with an extra bed, the room was big and very confortabil Great breakfast and snack for lunch

I have to really look for something to say something what I didn't like but I don't find 🙃

Very comfortable bed with lovely linens and pillows. It was quiet, clean, modern and a large room with a nice terrace. Two gorgeous resident peacocks and lovely gardens.

The AC kept turning off after 30 minutes. Apparently if you had it set below a certain temperature it does that. That information would have been helpful to know before we woke up roasting in a 27° room at 5am. Other than that issue, all was exceptional.

Super, family friendly hotel. Very good value for money. Perfect base if you don't want to pay a lot of money in Venice or Jesolo, for example. We spent a long weekend there and had a super time. They were friendly, helpful and the super attitude of the staff made our days even better. I would like to give a special mention to Francesca who I hug from here.

Since the arrival, everything and everyone was very nice and helpful! Our room was spacious and cozy. The bathtub was used every day after all the walking around Venice. The breakfast is well served and they have the best coffee ever. The shuttle service was very helpful and the staff took us to the train station anytime we wanted. Overall our experience was wonderful, thanks to the staff for treating us so nicely and being so helpful.

Nothing, there’s no reason not to like it.
