amazing views of Rome from a hilltop spacious room and comfortable beds helpful staff, especially on the night of arrival where there was no nearby place to get food, the hotel receptionist provided us with enough snacks to eat.

Location is on the countryside with no pedestrian pathways, not suitable for walking to the local train station which is only ten minutes walk but you will take your life in your gane negotiating traffic on main road. The bathrooms are very dated and dirty with black mole growing on shower enclosure and tile grouts. No bar or restaurant facilities at the hotel. Very noisy wedding reception party on the last night of our stay with no warning of a such an event beforehand. blaring music until 02:00 a.m.!! Need a car to get around, otherwise each taxi ride to train station will cost between €20- €30 each way.

the breakfast was good with a really good buffet for every types (salty or sweety breakfast, and even fresh fruits). the room was clean and fresh thanks to AC and with great views. location was amazing in my opinion, totally immerse in a peaceful and quite place with a great sunset view from the garden.

the only thing i didnt was to find out when i was there, that any restaurant was inside the hotel and any minor service from a bar. if i needed anything i had to go outside walking (because i didnt have a car, i traveled with bus) or just order with just eat or deliveroo app.

This is the third time I have stayed at Domus ... beautiful and impeccably clean hotel ... staff was exceptional in particular Sara and Federico who made our stay so much more enjoyable. Real professionals with the personal touch.

At first arrival taxi service from train station to hotel was a little sketchy but once we checked in the staff made sure we had taxis coming and going. Very convenient (20minutes) by train to Rome Termini station ... cost 2 euros. Rome is fantastic but at the end of the day we wanted some peace and quiet which is why we have chosen Domus on our last few trips.

Walking distance to train station with backpack. Dragging a bag will be challanging, I would avoid walking between station and at night due to lack of sidewalk, which is common in areas I have visited in Italy. Elegant hotel and covered patios with excellent location for visits visit Roma and Largo Albano by train. Good continental breakie and friendly hostess considering the hotel's apparent low occupancy. Very peaceful area away from the kaos of Roma. Great view of the surrounding area. Clean room and building.

Very nice villa! It’s not far away from Rome, but located in a quiet place. The view is fascinating, you can catch very colorful sunsets. The room was comfortable and breakfasts are very good! The staff was helpful and friendly. They organized for us early coffee and take away breakfast, shuttle to the airport and print out board passes. I really recommend this place to spend some time in a peaceful place close to the crowded capital 👍🏼

We took an economy room, so no big expectations. It was only one little thing - the hot water need some time to warm up. We was waiting around 10-15 mins. But it’s not a big deal in general.

The Garden is breathtaking and with a view over the city it is absolutely beautiful. The parking is perfect. Nice and quite away from the noise of the city. Staff is extremely helpful on all shifts. Highly recommended

Spots in the room and hotel could do with a restoration and changing of lightbulbs. Some places the wood showed sign of extensive water damage from A/C and the shower close sure could be bigger and was leaking water all over the marble flooring making it somewhat slippery. Updating of the refrigerator, perhaps, but it worked nicely. Small room for improvements but nothing that takes away anything from the overall score of the hotel in general

The staff were FANTASTIC. The views from the grounds were lovely. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Breakfast was contintal and there was a good variety

You NEED a car. Although public transport isn't far away, after a full day sightseeing in Rome the walk up to the hotel is hard work !! So a little run about parked at the nearby train station would be a good idea!

The hotel was great for my expectations. I was there travelling and was in the hotel just for a shower and to sleep. Although the hotel is not central less then 10 min walk there is a train station. I used it to go to central Rome (approx 40min each way)and back. Tickets can be bought from the bar on the way down, just opposite the station. Some signs will help to find the station.

Lovely hotel, very smart and great location. Really clean and great to come down to an included breakfast.

Everything was great, although there was some aging in the bathroom, mostly the shower sealant, this seemed to slightly leak, but this was only a minor aspect.

Breakfast was delicious 😋 Rooms where big. Car parking was easy. Train into Rome was easy with a car

The bathroom fan doesn't turn off Beds slightly hard, Guy at the desk couldn't give any restaurant recommendations
