The hotel rooms were absolutely magnificent, super beautiful. I stayed in the room with the terrace and it was lovely. There is so much attention to detail with the decor. The restaurant is out of this world, the menu has so much to choose from I kept going back after my stay just to eat there, the food really is amazing and some of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The hotel staff are all so lovely and helpful. They serve great Marsala. The location is perfect to explore the town of Marsala and not a far walk from the train station. I walked around to the coast and it was lovely.

The building itself has a beautiful arabic architecture, which we greatly enjoyed (we climbed the stairs all the way up to the terrace). The plants, the garden, the location very close to the centre but still in a quiet place.. the room is spacey and nicely decorated with Moroccan tiles. We are especially grateful to the gentleman at the reception who allowed us to park overnight on the hotel's parking lot. We were exceptionally tired from our trip and this allowed us a further trip to the nearby parking place.

The only compliant we have is that the air conditioning was a bit strong and we couldn't fine tune it, so we were a bit cold over night, but this was not a game changer

The location, cleanliness, ambiance of the hotel are amazing. The location is in the heart of Marsala old city, everywhere is within walking distance: free parking, cafes, museums, restaurants, beaches etc. The rooms are not very big, but we had any problem during our 4-days stay. Rooms are really clean. The hotel also has a famous restaurant, you can go to the rooms through it. The ambiance is super. Especially the hall where breakfast is served is a must-see. The breakfast is quite good compared to the general average in Sicily (of course not enough for Turkish people 😅) As a suggestion; local products from Sicily can be offered for breakfast: Tomatoes, local cheeses and salami, olive oil etc (they have really successful local products in Sicily) The staff is very kind, they try to help you with every question.

We shall notice that the negativities are not related to the hotel and its management. The Old City, like the hotel, is generally very clean, but the "price" of this cleaning is the garbage and glass waste noise, collected very early in the morning. If you are tired from the night, it creates a bit of an annoying situation in the rooms facing to the street. The city is at sea level, so the smell that occurs in the sewer is spreading to the room from the drains. When you close the bathroom door and open the balcony door at night, the problem will be solved.

We had booked very last minute after being unable to get into the other hotel we had booked. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the young man who checked us in and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, lovely fresh cakes and croissants available. The hotel has a lot of character, very colourful and well decorated.

Not so much an issue for me as I only have one morning coffee but there was a restriction to one free hot drink per guest at breakfast, after that you had to pay. There is a fridge in the room with two bottled waters, when checking out I was charged €3 each for drinking these but I don’t remember seeing that this was a chargeable extra so I just think that should be stated somewhere.

Excellent location in the heart of Marsala. The room was small but cosy and clean. Bathroom was good size and everything was working properly.

Breakfast was all sweet, croissants, cakes, bakes, jus, all flavoured yogurt, everything was sweet which for me was a bit of an issue since I couldn't have anything. I soon found out that's the norm for an italian breakfast so I guess you should expect that.

ABSOLUTELY beautiful throughout. The colour scheme, attention to detail, artefacts and information about the building were utterly wonderful. Every corridor and space therein had something incredible to look at. A feast for the eyes.

The book of rules! It was like being in communist China or a youth hostel in the 70s. Why oh why do they need a book of rules for hotel guests? I'm still not sure if the apples and crisps in my bag count as "unauthorised". I think they must have.

It is well located on a side street right in the center of Marsala. You can stroll on the main pedestrian shopping street to the beautiful main square. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area and the sidewalk seating is so romantic. There is a great vibe with nice music and excellent service. Better yet, the food is outstanding. It was the best meal so far in Sicily and that’s saying something. The staff was welcoming and helpful in planing our outings. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a gem.

great location! in a rather quiet side street from the main center street, easy walk to every attraction, charming old guest house with small inner courtyard and great restaurant (make sure to reserve as it is popular and always fills up!) breakfast was opulent and staff is very helpful and friendly. there is an elevator to the upper floors!

parking can be difficult (location only has 4 slots), shower was broken and water pressure is low, rooms are rather small. all of which are only minor points.

The gorgeous breakfast room and colourful spread of food.The host was extremely helpful locating a bag which was left in the taxi on arrival. We enjoyed our first dinner in Marsala at their restaurant , which was just below our room.

We had a lovely stay in Le Caserie! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room impeccably clean and very comfortable bed. It’s a beautiful accommodation in the old town of Marsala, a perfect base for a few days of exploring the area
