Comfortable aparthotel in a beautifully renovated old building in the centre of Marsala. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and stunning, private terrace, which we loved…the photos don’t do it justice! Lovely staff in reception. Apartment very clean and serviced daily. Useful, well-appointed kitchenette within sitting room gave us everything we needed for pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and good quality linens. Parking easy enough on street. Hotel well-positioned for easy stroll to all shops, restaurants, art gallery and museum.

Can’t think of any negatives. We loved everything about it. We would happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Marsala.

Rosita was very friendly and helpful.She gave us advice on getting around. We had an issue with our bedroom door after hours and had no problem contacting her (it turns out the door just needed a very big shove to lock it!)The hotel was clean and welcoming with a tasty buffet breakfast, served by the lovely Frederica. Our room was fab, hidden behind a "wardrobe" door was a mini kitchen.There was also a small balcony with a view of Etna. I would happily stay again.

We really liked this hotel and would change nothing. Parking was a slight problems as the street were being cleaned the night we were there.

Our host and her staff were lovely and very welcoming. Our rooms were beautifully appointed and the hotel itself is stylishly designed and in a great location - just a few minutes walk from Centro and the charming streets and architecture that Marsala offers. Marsala itself is a hidden gem and was a delightful surprise for us to visit. The people are warm and we spent many hours wandering its streets and taking in its rich history and relaxed atmosphere. It’s a must do in Sicily. Thank you for hosting us. One of the highlights of our month here.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The room and facilities in the room were great, everything you could need and a comfortable bed. The hotel is a short walk from the old town centre so it is easy to get around. What really makes this place is the owner who is so kind and hospitable. The regular receptionist was unwell when we arrived and was the only English speaker. The owner did all she could to communicate with us with little English herself and us even less Italian, but she gave us restaurants to try and a map to help us round, she was great!

Not about the property itself but the roads to park on are very narrow. We were kindly told we could park outside the front door of the hotel, but regularly checked on the car as a couple of others further down the road were hit by passers by in the short time we were there.

We liked everything about Viacolvento! Very easy checkin. The girl that helped us was very friendly and nice, she also gave us a lot of recommendations of local bars and restaurants. The room was awesome. Very nice matress and pillows. Super clean, super modern with everything that you would need. If we ever go back to Marsala we will stay here again for sure!! Breakfast was also delicious with a lot of different options. Thank you for an amazing stay.

First off the place was easy to find with the name clearly written on windows & a good front door sign! The place is lovely with different areas to sit in, comfortable couches & interesting art, books. Trendy decor with both an elevator & good stairs. The rooms are amazing with everything you could need. It is obvious that there has been attention to details. Floors are heated near your bed, A/C is easy to use, closet has enough hangers & a great drying rack for your washing. Full kitchenette you could cook in (but why bother with so many good restaurants!) The bathroom is lovely with soaps & shampoo (even a gentler personal wash gel for the bidet). The breakfast is incredible with a fabulous selection of everything you could want. But the best part is the amazingly kind & helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us! One of the best places we have ever stayed in & we have traveled a lot!

My girlfriend had hurt her leg the day before due to which we arrived past check in hours. The staff made sure that we were able to check in by giving is detailed information of how to enter the property and rooms. They even upgraded us to a larger room! With my gf’s inability to walk the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to take our breakfast to the room. All in all a good experience with great staff and nice modern and clean rooms.

The airconditioning seemed a bit insufficient to cool the room to the temperature we desired.

The property is close to the city center. The room was clean and quiet. If you are travelling with a car, its very easy to find a parking spot in front of the property. Breakfast was good with many different options. Marakaibbo beach is 15 min away by car and its worth the visit if you are in Marsala.

The hotel was centrally located, with spacious and modern rooms and parking was relatively easy to find close by. The receptionist was very helpful recommending various restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide assortment of Sicilian specialties including freshly squeezed orange juice. Marsala is a very interesting city and easy to explore.

Lovely helpful staff. All their recommendations for food and drink Marsala were excellent, plus delicious granita on arrival! Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Very comfortable and modern room, tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.
