Everything was perfect! Miriam greeted us very nicely, was very helpful and arranged a bit earlier check-in than usual. The "Paris" room we've stayed in is very modern and spacious. Spotlessly clean, complimentary water and coffee/tea in the room, small refrigerator. Breakfast, comparing to other b&bs in Italy, are really really good (no tricks with some random coupon on nearby cafes, etc). The location as well is extremely good, the center of the city is like few minutes by walk. Overall, great place to stay.

The location is just on the outside of the old city in Matera and within walking distance. It is literally around the corner from the entrance to to old city. The breakfast was incredible. This is a small B&B which is clean, quiet and lovely. We were in the Paris room which faced the front of the building. We initially thought it would be noisy, but turns out it was not. Room was large and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but which we had planned for at least two. Lots to see in Matera.

Miriam was a lovely host who gave us a most comfortable stay in her ‘New York’ room. The place was spotless and facilities were everything you could want in a short stay. Breakfast was lovely and Miriam also offered a cooked breakfast if we wanted. Was super convenient to get to the old town without having the bother of dragging our bags all over the cobblestone streets of Matera while still being only a couple of minutes from the historical centre.

A very comfortable, modern and calming space and room. bedding & pillows were the most comfortable of our stay in Italy. the location makes it ideal for sight seeing the Sassi & historic center of Matera. shops and restaurants within steps. our host, Miriam, was attentive and provided us with a delicious breakfast and willing to answers all our questions. we would highly recommend staying at Livingston B & B when visiting Matera.

Miriam was wonderful. Very professional, courteous and friendly. The location was terrific-about a 5 minute walk to the historic district. Room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best on our 35 day trip. Fresh daily croissants, great coffee, fruits and other pastries. Not one thing we didn't like about our stay. Would highly recommend.

This was the best bed and breakfast I have ever been to. Great location, very clean and great breakfast. Even for me as a vegan there was something. The host Miriam is very nice and you can write uncomplicated. We were able to check in early and checked out independently of her. The old town of Matera is within walking distance. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything. Thank you!

It’s of excellent location & walking distance closed to the old town area. House amenities are sufficient and the contact-in-charge, Miriam is superb nice. Excellent!

We stayed 2 nights & encountered some issues with the wifi as fluctuating in the 2nd morning; after informing Miriam and it was fixed in the afternoon.

An excellent stay! New very well equipped apartment with all the amenities you could ask for! Tastefully decorated ,in a strategic position to visit all the interesting points in a really unique city . A special thank to beautiful Miriam who prepared a delicious breakfast for us and gave us the best advices for dinner and sightseeing!

Everything was perfect!

The 2 rooms where very comfortable and clean. They where large. We had the New York room and the paris room. The shower in the New York room was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was ok only the air conditioning in the New York room was very weak and the room was too warm.

The property is in a great spot, easy for parking the car nearby and also being able to stop out the front briefly to take our bags out was such a help! Very clean and presentable, fabulous breakfast and our contact Miriam was an angel, she was so helpful towards us!!
