Super location directly at the lake with beautiful views and an access to a private pier. I liked the little pool (rather to chill than swim), resting/sunbathing areas and the possibility to rent a SUP for a decent price. Underground parking was a plus (with pretty tight entrance but manageable for a mid-sized car). Staff was friendly and even helped me organise a converter for power plug of my laptop. Good breakfast and mid-day snacks were tasty. There are also a few restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

Nothing unexpected - single room was pretty small but that was as advertised.

- Location ist perfect: Not far from the beautiful cities in the southwestern area of the Lago - great private "beach" area. Not a real beach, but sunbeds on grass, which is even better. Landing stage from which you get into the lake for swimming, SUP etc. - enough parking options in or at the Hotel - only a few rooms, so it never feels crowded - small supermarket less than 5 mins by foot - really friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the Hotel - beautiful views from the seaside rooms - good breakfast (also with beautiful views)

Rooms are decent, TV a bit tiny. Bathroom quite worn-down, though. Rusty, leaky and warped elements, narrow shower (at least in the smallest room category on the top floor). Bathroom was actually the only thing during our stay that might make us not come back instantly to this otherwise amazing hotel. If you don't care about the "cosiness" of bathrooms anyway, then this shouldn't be an aspect to be considered too much when thinking about a stay here.

The hotel is a little hotel (about 20 rooms) the location is superb, just "on" the lake. with direct enter to the water. Stunning view of the lake and surrounding from the room balcony (most of the rooms are facing the lake). Good free parking spot, good restaurant in walking distance. or 10 mints drive to the near "city" Arona. were you have lots of food options. The room was very clean, the bed was perfect. The breakfast was fresh and good and the restaurant is facing the lake.

The room is small (but we knew about it when we paid for it), the bed - which is perfect, is big for such a room. The shower was a bit small so not so comfortable. The decoration is a bit Old and dark. The TV is small and old (we didn't use it). but after all the plus side over come all the downside and we enjoyed our stay VERY much.

Nice, little hotel directly at the lake. Nothing beats having a breakfast or reading a book with this view. The hotel is located in a small village, which we liked a lot as the bigger town of Stresa nearby seemed to be overrun by tourists. The room was big, the beds comfortable and bathroom was ok. Staff were great as well: they helped us to make restaurant reservations and advices us where to park in the places we went to. Would recommend to get a room with lake view and to make a reservation at Bella Vista restaurant (only an 800m walk away) for dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. The parking is underground and perfect. The check in was smooth - the rooms are great - go for the lake view of course, pity that dinner was not available but there are some restaurants near by. The breakfast was good. All in all a nice stay.

An evening meal at the hotel would have been welcome

Wonderful hotel, View second to none. Large Room. Comfortable bed, View to die for, excellent breakfast, bus stop outside the door, rooms cleaned every day. A must go to hotel

Everything was excellent there was nothing not to like, one member of staff could have been friendlier but apart from that 10 out of 10

There are very few real lakeside hotels on Lake Maggiore...most are on the other side of the road, and cars get between you and your access, view, and hearing of the lake. We truly had a "week at the lake: experience, and adored it. Paddle boards, swimming, access to ferry and taxis--we did without a car. Fabulous staff, wonderful breakfast, good wine, good food great "concierge services.": VERY happy. We stayed in lakeside suite for 4 days and superior lake view for two---both were fantastic, but upgrade to suite if it is available.

Service, quiet calm, amazing view with terrase and grass beach direct by the lake , good breakfast, location. Great small hotel.

The single room was a bit small and by the road, but there was enough place for eveyrhing including a fridge, and i did not feel any noise at night, so no complaints. Big bathroom. Great facilities.

The place was on the lake. Not too far from Stressa or Arona either. They have a lovely jumping off platform so you can swim in the lake if you want. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi in our bathroom. We had a superior double room with lake view and this was lovely. With a sweeping view of the lake and mountains from our room. We enjoyed breakfast with similar views. The staff were helpful.

There was no dinner service at the time so it was difficult to find a place that does dinner late in the evening close by but hotel staff were able to help with this

Beside the beautiful sights from the hotel to the lake and the room's comforts, for us, what was important was the attitude from the staff and the response to our situation that was great as one of our children got sick and we needed some extra attention.
