Modern,airy hotel far enough away from the airport to be very quiet. Not a huge mega size hotel as I had anticipated. Compared to the other "airport hotels"in Venice, this one is the most attractive and modern .Staff was very helpful with travel questions and arrangements. Large comfortable restaurant which looks out on the pool area. Conveniently located on the main bus line into Venice used by many tourists. Rooms were quiet and adequate motel size; bed and linens comfortable (king size beds!-hard to find in Europe!) Fee based shuttle to airport convenient and slightly less expensive than a taxi. Room rates are very reasonable priced and you can take the bus which stops outside directly into Venice in 15-20 minutes.

Despite having a pool, would have benefited from a shaded outside patio seating with chairs and tables. The restaurant needs to extend its hours to conform to people arriving at all times of the day and evening and offer more variety by offering specials each night. Views from rooms facing away from the street while quiet, are quite unattractive and would benefit from a line of trees across the back of the hotel.

The room has plenty of wiggle room to walk around and the window can be open for a nice cool breeze. Hotel also offers a 24 to 48 unlimited bus/waterbus pass to travel from and to Venice as we pleased.

The location is perfect. There’s a bus right outside the hotel that takes you into Venice centre in about 8-10 minutes. Bus tickets from the hotel are fairly cheap. We bought a 72 hour ticket which also included the water taxis in Venice for €45 each. Well worth the money and we made the most out of using it (you can buy one day/two days or less if you desire). The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The pool is a welcoming feature for the hot weather mid day, struggled to find reasonably priced hotels with a pool in Venice so this was perfect. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We had lunch in the restaurant one of the days which is reasonably priced and very good food. I don’t have any complaints it was definitely a perfect location and price for visiting Venice. Will definitely come again. 10 minutes to the airport in the hotels bus shuttle service, we pre booked to be picked up with the hotel but if they’re unavailable you can get a bus to the hotel for €10.. number 5 or 15. Easy. We got the bus to the airport on the way home!

All staff from hotel Hilton is wonderful. They are extremly helpful, kind and I don't remember that I have every met such a great team of people in one place. From room staff, restaurant, to reception and bar tender.. I didn't have tim to try wellness but I belive that they are also amazing. Room is very clean, hotel is beaufitul, very peaceful and in a great location. Just 10min away from Venice with a bus. Bus station is infront of hotel. Reception have time scheduale for bus and they also give a map of Venice (that was very helpful) and you can buy ride ticket with bus or waterbus just in reception. They also have a little shop where you can buy umbrella if you need.. Food is great, such a big number of options for break fast. Free parking infront of hotel and garage. I think I said enough. If you are looking a hotel, stop looking is this one!

I can not complain about anything. Everything was perfect.

Tidy and comfortable rooms, with a huge bathtube, and with a very close location to Venice Centre. The staff was always very kind and helpful. You can easily get to Venice by bus, as the bus station is in front of the hotel, and you can buy tickets at the reception. The hotel has a free parking zone with a huge garage. The breakfast was average, but not bad. The spa is a great opportunity to rest and feel yourself better. This is a good opportunity to stay a few days near Venice in a good hotel with great service.

The bed wasn't so comfortable, because the mattress was damaged. The food is better at nearby restaurants, so if you can eat outside. It's great that there is a hairdryer, but its quite weak.

Excellent location. Easy to hop onto a bus to Venice from right outside the hotel. The hotel does organize Airport drop off - very convenient. The best thing is to buy a day pass for the public transport (bus and water boats) for Venice from the front desk- we took a one day 20 Euro per person pass. We took the bus to Venice Bus and train station, hopped on and off at various points on the water buses. Visited St. Marks square, had lunch and then took the boat to Morona followed by Borona, beautiful places , returned to Venice - walked to the Rialto bridge, dinner ( spoilt for choices) and retuned to the hotel by bus- all on the daily pass.

No room service after 10:30. No complimentary Dental kit.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the room. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of activities. The room's design was both modern and welcoming, creating a pleasant ambiance. The amenities provided in the room were convenient and of high quality, from the well-equipped en-suite bathroom to the thoughtful additions like a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. Additionally, the soundproofing of the room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment for relaxation. The attention to detail and the overall comfort of the room really exceeded my expectations, making my stay at the Hilton Hotel truly enjoyable.

While I enjoyed the general amenities in the room, like the coffee maker and the clean en-suite bathroom, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The mini-fridge, unfortunately, didn't contain any items, which was a bit disappointing as I had hoped to store some snacks and beverages during my stay. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, which would have been convenient for reheating leftovers or making a quick meal.

Great location if you don’t want to stay in central Venice. Buses stop directly in front of Hotel, catch the regular 5 or 19 (10 min trip) and only 2 stops to Venice. Buy daily return bus and boat bus tickets at reception at same price as everywhere else or buy 24hr, 48hr ticket and use /boat buses as many times as you like. Was also nice to have outdoor pool and Spa when you need a break from very busy Venice for a day or afternoon.

I can’t fault the Hotel based on our experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. From start to finish. The facilities are excellent. Rooms, dining area(breakfast), pool, shuttle transport. We took advantage of everything here at the hotel. The pool was a great escape and opportunity to relax the day before flying home. We also took the opportunity to walk into nearby Mestre to have a fantastic dinner and cap our European vacation. However, I must say that the staff were what truly differentiated my stay here from other hotels. Everybody from the beginning of our stay until the end was very attentive and made it their number one priority to make sure your stay was perfect. I can’t stress that enough and must have come into contact with at least a dozen individuals throughout the hotel during our stay. As such, I would like to acknowledge everybody at the hotel; however, a personal shout out to Michela Murara and Gianluca Moro who helped me through a precarious situation to say the least. Their expedient and compassionate assistance in this manner only leant credence to the fact that the staff here at this hotel are top notch and really separate themselves from other hotels. Hilton should be proud of these employees representing their brand. I would more than highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was at the end of hallway, very quiet as we had requested. Bus station to/from Venice was just outside hotel, very convenient. Ride the bus for 3 stops and you're in Venice. Food at the hotel's restaurant was surprisingly good, IMO, much better than most along the tourist drags in Venice. Service was excellent. The hotels staffs were always courteous and helpful. Hotel has laundry room which was convenient. It just happened that the dryer lost its heater in the morning we did our laundry. A couple of hotel staffs tried to help but to no avail. Soon a more senior staff stopped by. He immediately posted a warning sign to stop further use of the machine and took our wet laundry to another facility (somewhere nearby) to dry. Delivered the dried clothes to our room after 1 hour. Now that's a problem solver!

Only has 1 washer and 1 dryer in the entire building. Another set would help reduce waiting time and avoid service outage.
