We had a great stay at this hotel! As soon as we arrived, the staff gave us informations about the bus & trains schedule and also the activities that you could do there, such as visiting Capri, the Amalfi coast and many more! The room was clean and spacious. And the views…incredible! The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the train station, in a peaceful area, with restaurants and a market nearby. Also, the breakfast was great and more than enough to keep you full for an entire day of visiting! We will definitely come back here next year!

Beautiful scenery at the terrace. Actually, you can go anywhere by foot or public transportation since sorrento is a small town.

The view from your room is spectacular if you get the sea view room. Lovely balcony. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, always had a smile.

It was a bit small, did not like that the air conditioner is not controlled in your room but in reception. Also it never reached the set temperature.so the room always felt hot. You can’t have the door open or the air conditioner would shut off. No Uber available and the trains stop running around 10 pm.

1. The spectacular (sunset) view from a bedroom with enough space balcony to chill out! 2. The sincere friendliness of personnel, especially Tanya! She's so fascinated to explain everything we should have to know during stay. 3. The location! Walking distance from marina where you can take a small ferry for a day trip to Capri and Amalfi coast. Train station is also nearby.

1. The main entrace was full of flies, everyday. 2. Breakfast. No charcuterie and cheeses. No vegetables. No fresh bread. Just coffee and some cakes and yogurts and eggs... And the resto is so crowded...

There wasn't any refrigerator in our room! In summer and hot without refrigerator?!

The staff were fantastic. Angela in particular was extremely helpful giving us great tips on getting around the area and checking in with us every day. She should be a concierge. She is so helpful.

Bed was a tad over stiff and the tiny elevator is a bit claustrophobic. The hotel is 5 floors up so the elevator is a bit of a necessity.

the electricity card was a strange thing, and the power went out in the middle of the night. when it came back on, because of the nature of the key card for the electricity, the lights turned on, waking us in the middle of the night. and the bed is not good for people who tend to sleep on their sides. very firm, hard mattress.

We had stunning sea views from our room which had a small outdoor terrace. The room was very comfortable and clean, and we found the staff at this hotel to be incredibly helpful and friendly. There was lots to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Fantastic service from the front desk and from Angela who made sure our room was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED our stay! The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent , the view was above and beyond, our Rm 109 was great with a private balcony with AMAZING views! The location was GREAT! Close to train, walk to the lift to the beach, Monday Market in the street, excellent restaurants all looking at the amazing view, and the food was all amazing!!! I would definitely stay here in Piano Di Sorrento! Only 8” train to Sorrento!

The AC turns off when you sit on the balcony and leave the room.

Very spacious room with a mountain view as it was at the rear. Fantastic sea vista from the restaurant dining room and good choice of food. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again if I were to re visit in Sorrento.

The AC was a little on the weak side but did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
