Easy walking distance into town, bus stop out the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, good tips for the area. Excellent wifi. The main reason we booked was for the pool, it was great, very relaxing spending the day there. Rooms are bright, clean and easy to access.

Signage asking for €4.50 per day if you want to use the bar fridge in your room. No conditioner, only shampoo. No food service by the pool.

The hotel is very clean and the pool is great. The rooms were new and clean and the shower was great.

We reached out thinking the hotel has parking, we found out it costs 20 Euro per night, which was not clear on Booking.com. When we discussed this with the staff, it appeared as if they thought we are not telling the truth... Eventually, we bought weekly parking ticket in the street (15 Euro per week).

Lovely clean & bright, with great views from the panoramic balcony. The staff were super helpful & friendly and I felt that they genuinely wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Marina on reservations was an absolute gem and even helped me recover my lost mobile phone. Loved the location- so much more relaxing than main Sorrento, which was just a 15 minute (25 min stroll) away.

A bit of a protracted check-in but put this down to trainee staff learning the ropes. People enjoying a drink & chat in the bar at 11pm were asked to be quiet because a guest in room above the bar had complained. It wasn’t late or a party - maybe the room needs sound-proofing?

Newly refurbished on our floor and within the common areas, so the hotel and rooms feel bright and fresh, also very large with lots of outside facilities, some which we are still to enjoy when we return.

Cost, seemed much more expensive through booking.com in advance than if we had arrived off the street, the Location was perfect for our stay, but does need to be supported by public transport after a while, it’s a bit of a walk to Sorrento Centro, otherwise all was perfect..

The shower was great, view from the balcony overlooking the pool was fabulous! Bed comfort and linens were also very nice. Staff were all so warm and welcoming.

The location is ok, but, just too big of a hoop to really make day trips out of or even go check out the local beaches. We mostly did some light sightseeing in the AM and let the kids enjoy the pool in the afternoon. For the money, I’d stay in Ischia island on the Forio beach side for a Family beach stay and make a day trip to Sorrento or for Couple maybe stay in Positano, or even up in Monterosso, Cinque Terra if you are looking for a family beach stay. Restaurant was just ok.

When we arrived we were greeted by Martine (receptionist) who greeted us and we checked into the hotel and she told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and then we went to our room which was amazing and recently refurbished in marble and loads of space, great bathroom with rain shower walk in and cleaned everyday. In the morning we asked the receptionist about the local amenities and she gave us a map and told us the times of the trains to Sorrento.

Very clean and modern! Room was cleaned every day and towels replaced. Brilliant location for local bars, restaurants and train station to travel to Sorrento.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, not a lot of options, food often cold, stale (cereal), fruit discoloured. Not a lot of sun beds in the sun for the whole day, pekoe often reserved beds then didn’t use them. Same pool towels had to be used for the whole week.

The location is great, not far to the centre of Sorrento. You can take a cab for 25 euro or walk approx 35min. The garden with the pool is gorgeous and the reception staff was always ready to help.

Bathroom needs some investment, water was everywhere when brushing teeth or taking shower. Breakfast was ok, some fresh fruit and veggies but probably not 4 star. The coffee/hot drinks machine was horrible but you can always ask the waiter to bring drinks from the kitchen.

The property was much better than I anticipated We got lucky to get a room on the 2nd floor which was completely renovated and remodelled. Very clean, beautiful view from the balcony, gorgeous garden with lots of lemon and mandarin trees. Good position, walking distance to bus and train station. The breakfast was good, same food every day but more then enough, so no complaints at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was more than ok, but unfortunately the management team left me a bitter feeling when at the checkout they charged me twice for something I didn’t consumed from the mini bar. Regardless, I explained them and they agreed with me, still charge my credit card after I left!😡
