Good breakfast (yummy capucchino 😍 ), very friendly and helpful staff, lovely garden to relax at, room and reception nicely decorated, very original (colourful) floor in the bathroom. Our room even had a fridge and a microwave oven which might be a good bonus for some travellers. 👍 In general a quite place where you can't hear your neighbors in a room next to you but still close to the city center. This hotel has a real spirit and thanks to its owners, Matteo & Nicola, you almost feel like visiting your old friends! 🍀

I would only think of some new matrasses some time in the future but it's definitely no big deal for a couple of days stay. 🙂

The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable , the hotel was close to the metro station and the staff was very friendly!

The breakfast, although very delicious, was poor with 1 croissant and 1 small sandwich (you couldn't choose, the staff brought it to you) and as a result, we felt hungry after a couple of hours. It would be better if there was a buffet to choose from so that we could feel full and get satisfied with what we paid for!

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the metro station, from which you can get to the city centre in approximately 15 minutes. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe, with some restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. We got upgraded and lived in a triple room, which consisted of 2 small rooms. The hotel is cosy and clean, and the owners are extremely pleasant and helpful. There is Italian breakfast (coffee or tea, juice, a croissant and a sandwich). There is Lidl and other shops nearby.

Matteo, the host, is a great person and very kind. I would give him 6 starts if I could. The whole place is really cozy and quiet: sleeping in that silence in Milan is not very common. Also the surrinding area has many parking slots so you don't go crazy when leaving the car there. The morning breakfast was a pleasant moment we spent together with the host chatting about Milan and our trip there. Lovely.

The room furniture should be renewed with something more modern to give the room a better appeal. There is a lack of homogeneity in general in the environment, it seems they got stuff together to fill the space.

The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpfull. The room was much more homely than a 'normal' hotel. The garden was also a lovely place to sit and spend some time. Lots of fruit trees, herbs, lizards, birds! The information about the city was really helpful, very close to the metro and easy to get into the city. Easy access to Milano Bicocca university. Good food options around the hotel and a few launderettes nearby.

Hotel very nice. Located close to the metro. Rooms very clean. Breakfasts were very good. The owners are very nice and very helpful.

Rooms very comfortable but unfortunately not soundproofed at all. A crying baby somewhere next door woke us up at night. In addition, in the morning we were woken up by other guests leaving for breakfast - the locking of the door could be heard in our room as if it was a key being put into our door.

This small hotel was a great selection. The host is very kind and welcoming, you can feel yourself home here. There is a great breakfast every morning with croissant, sandwiches and coffee. The city center can be reached easily as there is a metro station nearby. I absolutely recommend this place, and next time if I will come to Milan I would choose this again.

An amazing place for a stay in Milano! Gracious hospitality you hardly find anywhere anymore these days…the owners will send you off into the day with a smile on your face! The place is a piece of art on its own: So many beautiful little details. A perfect Italian breakfast. Metro just around the corner.

Safe location, clean rooms, Nicola and Mateo were very helpful.

The curtains in the patio could not be adjusted downward, we put it too high upward and then when we slept, we could not figure out how to put it downward. I am sure the owner could help if we asked them, but we did not bother. It was a mild inconvenience.
