The hotel is quite modern. Reception is open 24 hours. It is important, if you are travelling by car from southern Spain or France. Good air conditioning system. It is not as noisy as in some hotels. Good soundproofing of the room. Possibility to warm up a light dinner in the microwave if you arrive very late in the evening and do not want to go to nearby pizzerias. Safe parking, especially if there is a lot of luggage in the car. Good opportunity to get to the city center by metro in 10-15 minutes. If you are not looking for Italian charm and glitz, but you are looking for a modern, cool and comfortable room for 1-2 nights, then this hotel is what you need.

The hotel is located in a residential area. Getting there by car from the Milan ring road is not difficult, but sometimes you have to drive through strange residential areas.

The location is excellent as it resides in a quiet area that is a 2 min walk from a metro station and 5 min walk from a Lidl! I have read some reviews criticizing the cleanliness of the hotel, which made me doubt booking there. Those reviews are very untrue! The room was super clean and the staff would clean it everyday and replace the towels and shampoo bottles used!

The only thing that bothered me a bit are the sounds that come from the vents when the AC is on. They’re quite creepy. However, if you have earplugs that would eliminate that. Plus it’s not so loud that you wouldn’t be able to sleep it was quite easy to get used to the sound.

no clear the arrangement of payment.. because we have two periods in the hotel, first time the hotel charge us before we arrive for one night then when arrive we paid the full price and an extra as grantee for minibar and they told us the first night will be return in the credit card next visit before we arrive the hotel charge us for the first night then when we arrive they charge us for remaining night only I hope the hotel standardize the arrangements of payment to avoid any confusion

The room was very clean and the stuff are nice and helpful. It's located really close to metro station, about 3 minutes walk, and that is very good position in Milan. Beds are really comfy too.

Breakfast. It was good and tasty, but I would like more choice of food. Every breakfast it was the same, eggs, turkey salami and two/three types of cheese. Good choice of fruits and juices, but I would like more meat for people that don't eat pork.

The food is really good and the staff is very friendly. Also the location is perfect. There are many restaurants available nearby. Also the metro station is just a minute away when you use the exit. The (linate) airport was only 15 minutes away by Uber. We had comfortable beds and quite a nice view in a lovely neighbourhood. Everything was cleaned and well made, like the beds and the bathroom. The supermarket was only about a two-minute walk. And there is a gym!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But to the city centre, Duomo for example, it takes a bit longer. Around 20 minutes by metro. But the metro system is great, so this wasn’t really problem at all.

Modern hotel in a quiet residential area of ​​Milan. Ideal for those traveling by car, as it is outside the restricted area of ​​central Milan, and very close to the metro station, from where you can reach the center in 15 minutes. Very good breakfast. It was the second time I stayed at this hotel and the experience was just as positive as the first time. I recommend!

We loved the staff, the facilities, the location and how easy and smooth everything was.

The fact that they don't tell you a pre authorisation payment will be charged to your card as well as a 20% credit just in case you wanna use the mini bar. If not used it will be refunded, same for the pre authorisation charge but still, it could be mentioned somewhere to avoid any surprises.

Very beautiful place, educated staff

The tall guy who attended to us on Wednesday in the restaurant at night; attended to us in English, he didn’t ask us our preferred portion of drink, instead he served us with 4 gtonics which he later charged us 60€,we wanted a normal one as usual ,b’se we just wanted to chill and celebrate our anniversary, he killed it all. The previous night we paid for two Gin tónics for 14€. So this time when we went to pay for the four we where going to pay 28€ but he charged us 60€. It was really embarrassing, we decided not to book for the celebration.

Location is fine, a bit far from the center but metro station is near so it is easy to travel around. Room was a bit tiny but clean. Bathrooms were clean. Free parking slot was a life saver.

Gym was small. The door of the gym was broken. There are no places to get any food or drinks near hotel.
