The hotel has a very good location in the heart of the city. The room was cozy. The staff were really helpful and nice. I loved getting bottles of water and a small chocolate each day.

The temperature in the room was so high and there was nothing to do with it. Window-opening lead to lots of noise from the bar in front of the hotel. The room-door is so thin that you could hear everything happening at the corridor.

My second time staying here the location is perfect central yet in a corner far from street noise. Room was cleaned twice a day chocolate was left by my bedside everynight! Free water in the fridge as well!

no laundry service rooms were quite small it can get really noisy in the morning with the cleaners cleaning the floor we couldn’t sleep in beyond 9 am with all the noise the cleaners were making! The toilet was actually not clean when i first checked in although it was sealed with an antiseptic seal it was not clean at all someone had just used it it was nasty! Both the bidet and toilet!

the location was fabulous and the room itself was perfect, lovely shower and robes included

there was construction going on at the time so the reception area was quite dusty and also there were construction workers in the lifts sometimes so just took a little longer to get a free lift

although it’s in the midst of Milan it’s very clam and no noise reached the room

it was brand new when we stayed in and no telephone were installed and no refill for the coffee bar

The reception staff was warm and lovely and very helpful! I was able to store my bag after check out for more hours of sightseeing and they called a taxi to get me to the airport on time. Hotel was clean and minimally designed which is calming. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, the water and coffee options within the room were above average, I would say exceptional compared to other properties.

My only complaint was the door to the room allowed a lot of noise from the hallway to come into the room. Otherwise everything was great!

Its a new hotel and super clean and house keeping service is professional especially they come at evening and prepare my bed and put chocolate into side bed table, and close the curtain and put my slipper close to bed , its amazing service and professional staff. There is no breakfast and gym in the hotel but they serve nespresso machine and capsules coffee and 4 large bottles water for free daily , really i enjoyed and i will definitely revisit the hotel when i will come to milan😍😍😍😍

the hotel is very new in the heart of the city they had coffee and free water in the room. the internet works wells

the rooms are good and modern but a bit small and I didn’t like the fact that there is no closet in the room and no telephone in the room to call the resection to ask about anything it’s very close to the center but in the more economic area not the fancy part of Milan

the location was great. rooms were very clean

its not a 24/7 hotel and you need to remember an access code at night. Doesn't feel like a real hotel, but the place is new modern and clean, so that makes up for it.

Room temperature is difficult to control it was very hot and reception couldn't help, no breakfast, no facial tissue, no telephone in the room to communicate with reception, no wardrobe all you have is a bar to hang clothes, no iron but I didn't ask for it.

The rooms were very clean, and already available when we arrived although it was earlier than check in time. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was ideally located only a couple minutes away from the Duomo.
