the best location I could ask for. It’s right across from Duomo and accessible to many transportation lines including Metro and bus/train to Malpensa airport. It wasn’t noisy despite centrally located. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious (I stayed in luxury suite), comfortable bed and probably big enough to fit 3-4 people. staff at the front are informative and friendly.

I only stayed for 1 night so can’t say for longer experience but I have no complaints

The best location in the centre of MIlan. You can not have a better location :-) The Duomo is 50 meters from the accomodation. The rooms are spatios and clean. There is no breakfest served in the hotel, but I strongly recommend to visit the Princi just around the corner in the via Speronari. Amazing cofee, pastry, pizza, bread foccacia !

Slow WiFi :-(

The location is fantastic, literally kitty corner from Duomo Piazza yet very quiet. Smallest lobby I’ve ever seen but who cares. I don’t spend much time in the lobby. upon our return one evening, the concierge made us a nightcap from a well stocked bar at no charge which was a nice touch. The elevator wasn’t working upon our arrival so they changed our room to the 2nd floor and comped us anything in the minibar in our room that we wanted. It did get fixed that day. Bathroom is spacious, towels are great. It took a while to get hot water but after we called it to their attention there was no problem the next day. The staff is exceptional!! They are very helpful and speak very good English.

The mattress is quite firm but ok. The main thing is the carpeting. It has to go! The hallway in particular is terrible and thus gives the impression of a dirty hotel though the room was clean. A new coat of paint couldn’t hurt either. There is no food available on site but there are plenty of options just steps away.

Clean, spacious room. Efficient housekeeping, which since the pandemic is not always good at the hotels. Friendly, helpful staff. And, of course, location. Excellent, large bathroom with both walk in shower and tab. Large walk in closet.

Wi Fi was awful. Even after I camplainef at the reception and they put WiFi extender, was not satisfactory. Better but far from acceptable. Luckily I found out I could log into neighbouring ODSweet hotel's Wi Fi and that one was very stable and very, very fast. Shame on UNA, but that's the way it was. ... Water temperature was not easy to adjust, and sometimes was inconsistent. . ....TV remote had, like only 3 buttons, and was absolutely the worst TV remote ever, especially in a hotel. Strongly recommenef to change it into the usually one button one function remote.

Great location and staff. I believe we booked and enjoyed the largest room in the hotel. Therefore, my appreciation of the room size might not relate to other rooms in this hotel. Also, we were referred to a great bar which was very close to the hotel. Although we overlooked the street, and a street car line, we never heard any noise from our room.

It is very difficult to make out the hotel entrance from the street because the name does not appear on the street side of the building. Instead, it is only visible while you are entering the property. The sign is posted in the entrance alcove. Our taxi driver had to point it out to us as we departed the taxi (I had to ask him where the hotel was)! This was also an inconvenience when returning to the hotel after dark.

The staff, particularly Carlo, were very welcoming and friendly with great suggestions for dinner and breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony onto the street. The sound proofing was excellent, even though the street was busy. The location is very close to the Duomo and the main shopping area of Milan.

The decor looked a little dated and in need of some repair. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched off.

We were greeted at the door with Prosecco by a very kind employee. He heard we were from New York and gushed about how much he loves Sopranos and how visiting New York is a dream. He was so sweet, we loved him! He helped snag us a reservation at his favorite restaurant and guide us where to shop. The location couldn’t be better, just a 3 minute walk to the Duomo and luxury shops.

The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. There was construction going on outside so we were woken up early by the sounds but that’s not the fault of the hotel, it’s just a very busy area. We asked for a late checkout (1 extra hour) and were snappily told OK but no longer than one hour. It was nice that they let us but we had arrived so late the night prior that we hardly spent any time in the hotel. It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility and understanding considering room was not cheap and has little to no amenities. It ended up being $390 with a $10 tourist tax with no restaurant or gym and just one free bottle of water to be split between two people.

Fantastic location, which is what we were expecting, but still great. Nice surprise was the size of the bathroom and shower, well fitted out as well. Bed really comfortable and king size so plenty of room. Particualrly important we has more than enough hangers and wardrobe space, which saves many a discussion

Temperature was a little warm and we couldn't seem to turn it down. You can have room service breakfast but the hitel is so well located there are plenty of options on the doorstep.

Small hotel with Good size room, small balcony good for opening French doors, all well maintained. Staff excellent, kind, very helpful and responsive. Welcome drinks and hospitality from the lobby mini bar (complimentary) was a ver pleasant and a nice surprise. Excellent recommendations for breakfast and meals out. Try Princi cafe nearby. Great for a continental breakfast all baked on the premises.

No hotel bar or restaurant.

This is great little hotel in a fabulous location. Clean and refreshing. Everything is at the door. The staff are lovely and will go to great lengthens to be helpful...even booking a hair appointment. There are lots of good eating places close by and it's near the shopping area. The highlight is walking out of the hotel and around the corner and there is the Duomo in all its magnificence. I highly recommend this hotel.
