Amazing experience- the hotel really paid attention to details and did it right. We stayed in a marshmallow suite and were literally tickled pink. The view was fab, the details whimsical and beautiful, and even the bad SO comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive. And this is the best location in Milan. Def will recommend

We loved this hotel! Location was exceptional, right across from Duomo, we even had a view of the Duomo from our room which was exceptional. The staff were very lovely and helpful, always replying to whatever we needed via WhatsApp. The free treats and minibar were such a sweet addition. Visiting the rooftop for a meal or drink is a must, it is a great vibe and good views of Duomo. The room was beautiful, although a bit small, it was clean with comfy beds, good windows, views, adequate space for two suitcases. The bathroom was great, clean and modern, and loved the Dyson hairdryer. Even the floor lobby areas were great and styled super cute. Loved the scented candles throughout the building too.

The reception area was quite pokey and small. Hard to get past other guests at check in if you were trying to enter/leave the building.

It is close the the Duomo very central and close to the metro station. The staff were really good, very good customer service. We liked everything although when advertising the rooms you didn’t actually get a full view of the Duomo it is restricted you only see the corner of the Duomo in the photo it showed a full view which you didn’t get. The roof at also we thought you’d get a full view of the Duomo but again it is very restricted just the corner due to other buildings etc so the info is misleading.

This hotel is not to be missed. It is central Milan with amazing views of the Cathedral and the busy centre. The staff are impeccable- they are kind, friendly and anticipate your every need. We stayed in one of the pink sweet rooms which was magical with a comfortable bed and brilliant shower. The roof top breakfast we enjoyed gave panoramic views of the city and tasty options. Very romantic hotel with perfect service - thank you. LGBT friendly

Absolutely nothing

Communication from the hotel was excellent. Received a Whatsapp message ahead of our stay with contact details and information. Excellent location literally on the edge of Piazza Duomo with views overlooking the Cathedral from the breakfast restaurant. Room was amazing, very clean with great complimentary extras and views over Piazza Dumo. Most importantly comfy bed great shower, and fluffy towels. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay special. Would highly recommend

Nothing to dislike

What can I say, the staff at this hotel are exceptional. We only stayed for a weekend but it was my partners birthday and first trip together so wanted to make it special! They helped make this happen from start to finish!! Arranging balloons for the room- changing the sweets/treats to vegan ones! The location is perfect. Walk across the road to the Duomo and shopping centre. They helped arrange taxis, book tables for breakfast at the rooftop. They just couldn’t do enough. I’ll definitely be back.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can see the Duomo right outside. The rooftop bar is unique and has an elevated drink menu, creating a special experience. The restaurant staff was terrific, the food was delicious, and the menu was fun. the hotel staff was LOVELY. Our room was playful and clean, as was the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

If I truly HAVE to choose something I didn't like - I supposed I would say the shower was a little confusing. That's a stretch though, there really was nothing to complain about.

Absolutely over the moon that we chose to stay at the ODSweet hotel! The location was fantastic, the view over the duomo cathedral was spectacular!! The hotel staff were friendly and happy to do anything to make our stay as perfect as they could! They recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner that we could not fault!!! I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else for the next time I visit Milan!!

The roof top bar staff were not as friendly and welcoming as the hotel staff and the service was not the best for breakfast but this was a very minor issue, next time I would just have breakfast in the duomo square. I put it down to the staff not knowing we were staying in the hotel… not that, that should matter!!

I love this hotel! All my expectations were met. Excellent location - Duomo square, very clean, the staff was friendly, the parking is five or may be less minutes out from the hotel. I felt myself like a Barbie in this pink room. Good mini bar included, a lot of sweet presents. It was comfortable to stay there. Sure I’d like to come back again and will recommend this place for staying without any doubts. It was one of the best hotels in my life and memorable staying in Milan.

Everything was good. A little bit expensive to stay, but probably, comparing the prices in Milan, it’s the normal rate of staying in the touristic center.

This hotel was expensive but absolutely worth it!!! The location is incredible, right in front of Duomo… I don’t necessarily like big hotel chains so this was an exquisite surprise. The whole ambience is superb, from the interior design (I stayed in the chocolate room) to the friendliness of the staff and amazing amenities, this hotel makes one feel so welcome. From the quality of the food/snacks inside the room, to the brands of items, this hotel definitely took time to choose what would provide an unforgettable experience for the guest. I also had the good fortune of having breakfast included and it was just amazing, both in terms of portions/variety, to quality.

i can’t say I found anything disagreeable!!!
