I arrived early and my room was as yet not ready- the awesome staff offered my a cappuccino and croissant and whisked my luggage away to be looked after. The reception staff were simply brilliant- always smiling, always providing wonderful advice, sorting taxis and just being par excellence- thank you so much!! Location of hotel is brilliant- so close to Duomo but yet so quiet and opposite hotel was a great place to get food and next to hotel was Pecks- for foodies this is heaven. Room was just perfect as with bathroom and the view of Duomo was superb. Best bed I slept in in my 5 weeks in Italy.

Beautiful Post Modernist design hotel in the centre of Milan. The staff were warm and inviting, the bar and lobby gorgeous and the breakfast was decadent. To top it all off, they provide a very nice touch in the evening at the bar, by offering a complimentary glass or two of Prosecco. It all just embodies Milanese style and quality. This is where I'll stay when I go to Milan.

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away on a side-street in Milan, yet very close to many of the city’s great attractions. The staff is gracious and kind. The breakfasts are generous and are served in an elegant, cozy dining room. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens. Would stay here again!

Only one concern: The tubs and showers have raised bumps embedded in them to prevent guests from slipping. However, we still found the surfaces slippery. It would be great if guests were supplied with non-slip bath mats as an extra precaution.

An excellent hotel with a perfect location for tourists. Close to all attractions and main shopping streets. Large room, good air conditioning, comfortable bathroom. All non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are free of charge. Friendly staff. Very good breakfasts, there are meat and milk-product. It is possible to order a hot omelet. WiFi worked great in the room. The hotel is located on a side street so there is no much noise from the street. Near supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques.

The soundproofing inside the hotel is not the best, we heard the neighbors a little. It would have been nice to have more vegetables for breakfast.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring Milan. The staff, in particular Letizia, we lovely and very helpful. I appreciated that I was able to check in early. The lobby is beautiful with an amazing collection of contemporary art. The breakfast was wonderful. There were so many choices and it was extremely fresh. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing that stood out was that when I came back at night, the staff was not at the front desk at that moment so I was worried anyone could walk in. However, I could hear them in the back room and Milan is very safe so I didn’t feel worried or alarmed.

Terrific location, just a couple of minutes walk to the Duomo. Nice smaller boutique hotel. Great friendly staff. The reception staff were super nice and very helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for meals and even offered to book for us. Nice touches like free bottled water and snacks available in reception all day. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were very nice in the mornings. Our room was a triple room and very comfortable - not huge but plenty big enough and included a couch and desk. Beds were comfortable.

Excellent location, super close to Duomo yet far enough to be quiet and feel safe. Very kind staff, we were upgraded to Room 74 which was spacious and great. Breakfast was very good with nice assortment of meat, cheeses, breads, fruit, musli, personally tailored omelettes and good coffee and juices. All non alcoholic drinks in mini bar were complimentary, they give you a vip ticket to show in a nearby exchange with better rates and zero commission, you can buy tram tickets at the front desk. All in all enjoyed very much.

Very happy to get a room upgrade and early check-in even though we arrived at 7am. The staff Yolande were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is good size, looks new and very clean. Room is a good size for 2 with a huge toilet. Toilet has 2 sinks for easy morning rush and a long mirror for us 2 girls to get ready in the morning without tripping over each other. Breakfast was a good spread, panettone was in season, so yummy and tastes like nothing what we get from home. Americano & Espresso comes freshly brewed, is well-balanced and kickstarts our day . Freshly squeezed orange juice is wonderful too. Appreciate the still and sparkling water available for self service at lobby.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of Milan with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast and a comfortable lounge for guests for complimentary apertivi in the evenings. The free non-alcoholic drinks, water and snacks in the room were also appreciated.

It’s a small quibble but as mentioned in other reviews, the doors to the hotel rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear people talking in the hallways. There was however no noise from the street and I’d happily stay again.

Hotel Spadari it’s at 150 m from the Dome of Milan, the location is perfect. The staff is amazing, kind and respectful. The room are clean and big. The breakfast is various and there are also some typical Italian food you can try! (Ex: mozzarella). I really appreciate the aperitif before dinner offered by the hotel (from 6:30 pm to 20:30). Recommended!

Since it’s in a very central position, you can hear all the noise coming from the outside, especially on the weekend. I was on the 1st floor and the noise coming from the outside was really bad.
