Comfortable bed and generally good facilities. Staff was very friendly - both at reception and in breakfast area. We did not have breakfast in our booking but it was extended to us without added cost. Location was next to station on yellow line so it was very convenient. Elevators were nice and clean and therefore staying on 7th floor was not a problem. Luggage storage facility is available in case you check out early.

Tea /coffee was available for rooms only when you ask. Slippers could be added to rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to metro and bus station but it is fairly quiet. The hotel is surrounded by many local restaurants and local super market.

The shower head in my bathroom is so old and heavy, the mounting bracket was cracked so it fell and dropped hard on the shower pan floor, I could not imagine if it dropped on my feet like a 2 pound hammer! I reported it to the management and it took them two tries to fix it and finally they replaced both the shower head and the mounting bracket. I booked 9 months in advance 7 rooms for 5 nights for my group of 15 via Booking.com, then later on I found out that two couple friends of mine booked with them directly for $9 cheaper per room per night. It cost each of our room $45 more! I brought up the case with the hotel manager and being told that he cannot match up the price since I booked with Booking.com!

- Location: right beside M3 metro station, 4 stops from Duomo (centre). Lidl supermarket right next door. Some nice restaurants (open late) nearby (esp. liked “Ivan & Frank” restaurant). - Room size, A/C (when on) and tv - good sized rooms with quite firm beds, strong air conditioning, big tv with good choice of channels. - Facilities: Free, strong wi-fi. Free coffee-making area downstairs (attention: no kettle etc in rooms).

- Seems A/C was turned off overnight (between midnight and 10am) by the night personnel one night, making it very uncomfortable. - Noise: can hear noise from other rooms & corridor, at times. Work under way outside to reduce noise pollution.

The staff were incredibly helpful with our luggage and arranging the parking. Although an extra 20 euros per night, this was good value considering we were able to put our LWB Berlingo into one of their lockable garages in a secure area to the rear of the building. No issue getting it into the space and it is a large vehicle. You need to pull up into one of the street spaces on the sp11 which runs alongside the hotel initially in order to check in and when a member of staff will then come with the key to the garage area ( which is just past the street parking on the sp11) to let you in. The room was comfortable and the metro easy to use to get to Duomo/ La Scala in 10-15 mins, the stop being right next to the hotel.

Some building works currently with scaffolding around the hotel which we were not made aware of on booking or in advance of payment being taken, however, being there Fri pm/ Sat, this wasn't an issue for us on this occasion.

The staff is excellent, they did everything they could for us, we arrived early, way to early for the check in and they did their best to make a room available for us, until then, we left our baggages at the reception for free and visited the city. Very clean rooms, hotel is located in a good, safe area near metro, bus, pretty close to attractions in the center (30 -40 minutes walk to center). I would totally recommend this awesome place to stay.

It's not the hotel's fault, but in the room above someone was scratching a chair on the floor and it made a terrible sound, you can hear it very loud, it woke me up a few times at night

The staff were very courteous and helpful. We had a stay booked for 6 nights, but had to check out after 3 nights. According to the terms of our booking, they could have charged us for 6 nights, but they only charged us for 3 nights. The breakfast was very nice and had a good spread. It's located next to the Lodi Tibb Metro station and has a lot of restaurants near by.

The wardrobes provided could have more shelves. There was a table in the room, but the TV, a table light and the kettle/tea boxes took up most of the space, making it unusable.

We had two rooms, one for three and one for two. The room for two is a bit small but cosy enough. The room for three is large and nice. The hotel staff were nice and helpful, we ordered a parking space that usually costs money but since they had a couple of free parking spaces outside the hotel, they offered us a space for free. We added 7 euro for breakfast, it was nice and a great way to start the day. The hotel is next to the metro (yellow line) which is really helpful.

In one of the rooms there were some strange sounds (maybe from the AC) which was a bit of a disturbance but nothing too serious.

we liked that the metro was right beside the hotel which made getting around super easy as this hotel is far from the city center. we arrived early (which we told them we would be), they said the room would be ready early and when we got there we waited an hour for our room. there were around 10 guests that came after us and were able to check in early. other than that it was an okay place to stay.

well located next to Lodi Tibb subway station and lots of eateries and grocery stores close by. bus stop at hotel too. comfortable beds, temperature control was good, well lit room and bathroom was spacious. check in and check out was very smooth. comes with all required amenities and mini-bar.

there was a ‘clanging metallic sound’ - not sure if this was from the hotel or the building next door. but it happens both during the day and night and everyday of our stay.

Easy to find and is next to the metro linking you all over Milan. Breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful and very well presented. Every day we had new bed sheets and towels.

The only thing I would say is the room complimentary tea and coffee needed a little extra suger (im a sweet tooth) and few more english breakfast tea bags.
