The room was great, clean and comfy, was equipped with a desk what I needed, I absolutely loved the small balcony. But what I really liked most was the staff. The receptionist who greeted me went out of his way - called the cleaning staff to know if my room was ready a few hours before check in (it was), and before he let me use the lounge, also lent me an adapter after I found out I couldn't charge my phone. He chatted very politely and was just super nice. He made my short stay memorable. Thanks a lot! ps. the location is also wonderful :)

What stood out to me the most was the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel. While the room wasn't overly spacious, it was perfectly sized for a single person like myself, and I actually prefer this size. The bathroom had a fresh and recently furnished ambiance, boasting an impressive level of cleanliness. The wooden flooring added to the overall feeling of tidiness and comfort, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location is quite convenient, as it's situated near the main points of interest for sightseeing. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that despite being in a bustling area, the hotel maintained a serene ambiance. It's worth noting that the hotel is just a brief ten-minute walk from the railway station.

The hotel was exactly what advertised. It's not something special, but it's really good for it's price. Everyone at the reception was really nice and helpful. Although we arrived 3-4 hours before check-in was available we were able to leave our luggages there, so we wouldn't have to carry them around the city. The reception was available 24/7. I the room they provided us with bottes of water, tee and coffee capsules free of charge. The location is really close from the center (25 minutes by foot) and it's a good chance to walk and see around. The tram station is 5 minutes away and the closest metro station is 9. To conclude, I really recommend this place!

Good AC, comfortable bed, very nice lady in the reception from the morning shift. She didn’t speak any English but was extremely helpful (we communicated through google translate).

I specifically asked for one room with two single beds (I specify this during booking a few months before and also few days prior to arrival). Hotel didn’t do that and didn’t offer any solution about it. They even couldn’t give me a second set of bedsheets.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Location suited me. Reasonable price.

When I arrived, I found that the bathroom light wasn’t working, nor would the security safe lock. Staff responded swiftly and fixed the light but, after they had checked it, I was told apologetically that the security safe would take longer. I was surprised that these issues weren’t routinely checked.

Good value for money. We wanted to have clean basic place within sensible sensible walking distance to the center at attractive price point, and this is what we got. Single room wasn’t too big but it didn’t matter as we were coming only to sleep. There was small bathroom with shower. The room was very clean, bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable. There was also a desk. Internet worked very well. Our room was a top floor, it was silent at nights. There was also balcony with view above the roofs into the distance. The gentleman at the reception was really nice and provided us recommendation for restaurants. We could leave our luggage upon check out and picked them up later in the afternoon on the way to the airport. If you go to Linate airport it is like 15-20 minutes ride with taxi.

I personally enjoyed my stay in Milan. You don't really need a big room if you travel alone (unless you need a big room.) I spent my most time seeing the city and going to Venice (take the train if you don't want to drive a car!) The front desk person ( I forgot to ask his name) was sincerely helpful - book the taxi for me to be able to get to the train station early in the morning. He also made sure that I did adjust the time when the country had daylight saving time. I also enjoyed having coffee at local coffee shops - they are everywhere (you are not going to be coffee deprived!) Shortly, I had absolutely amazing time in Milan and Hotel Palladio became the basestaion for all my activities.

The hotel is simple but clean and safe. The staff was very nice and the location is great. I was on the 6th floor with an amazing view from my balcony. The room had everything I needed, including a small fridge and a coffee machine. I already saved the place, because I would always choose it again if I ever come back to Milan.

Amazing value for money. It is reachable by public transport and not far from the station and the Duomo. The bed was comfy, it was super clean, check in and check out were easy. The staff was nice, they helped us print something that we needed.

The walls between the rooms are not very thick at all, so we were able to hear when other people went to their rooms. But we only spent one night so it was okay, I would recommend some earplugs though.
