The hotel is a short walk away from Milano Centrale, which is an excellent selling point. The room we had was very clean, and we were able to check in after their regular check-in hours due to a train delay. There was a fan in the room, and we took advantage of the cooler night to open the window. Other reviews have pointed out that there is no AC. I have found that most residences and many businesses do not have AC, and I have learned not to expect it in Europe. I thought the one fan was sufficient for the temperature, although it was mild (65-70 fahrenheit at night, 85-90 in the day). Other reviews have pointed out the that the shower was very small. In my experience (as a 5'8" ish slightly overweight male), I was able to shower comfortably with no problems. In all, great facilities, great staff, great location. For what you're paying (in a extremely commercial and metropolitan city), it's a good deal. Recommend.

I have no complaints about the property. I can imagine it gets quite warm during heat waves, but it was comfortable to sleep at night during our stay and we had no problems.

Our check in time was later than we arrived and the staff was happy to keep our luggages in the locker room while we were out having lunch. Polite and friendly staff. Nice breakfast: coffee, juice, buns, yogurt. Comfortable bed. Full coverage nigh curtains. The room had balcony. A grocery shop is nearby and the metro is like 10-15min walk away. At least our room looked better than in the pics.

Our room was located right next to the stairs so there was bit noisy when people were passing by. In general, rooms were tidy just floor were pretty dusty.

The staff were super kind and accommodating to my friends and I! We ended up getting there later than expected due to a delayed flight and the staff said it was no problem at all. They made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very cute and includes an amazing breakfast every day. The room itself is exactly what I had expected - keep in mind you are getting what you paid for. The bathroom was nice, and we were all able to take hot showers. The beds are comfortable and the room size is adequate. I absolutely loved my stay here!

The only problems were that the shower was very small and the room was a little cold at night. The staff does provide extra blankets though, which was nice.

- The location is good as not too far from Central train station. - The room is clean - The worker in reception is kind and has supported my requirements with his best.

- I got up around 5:00 every nights because the room was so cold. It was in the end of Jan. though, the temperature of room felt like lower than recommended by the law. The solution of hotel was providing one more blanket(for 5 people)😢 - The internet is not fast enough and often disconnected. - Shower booth is tiny.

The House keeping guy Ruben was really very nice and helpful. So were the main reception desk staff Mehti and others. We look forward to stay again in future. Thanks. 👍

The breakfast buffet had hardly anything substantial and it was very very disappointing. Only croissants and coffee/juice. Not value for money in this area as other equally nice hotels near the Central Station provided excellent breakfast spread and much cheaper rates.

For a 1 star hotel this place was great.. it was very clean.. heating in the room was wonderful..and the front reception staff were happy to help.. even when we had to leave early the next morning we were provided with a small breakfast..

Only negative about this property was that there was no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs.. also no tea and coffee facilities but as we were there only for 1 night it didn't really bother us..

It’s walking distance from the central station, nice hotel and location and everything is easy. I would recommend this hotel to people. The staffs are very friendly and try their best to help you. Ruben the housekeeping team is a very hard working guy, he helps all the time and cleans the room amazingly. Keep up the good job.

No lift and no AC in the room, there should be in the hotel.

The location is very good, close to Central staton, so easy to get to Malpensa airport too, and with Metro station close and supermarket. Guys from the reception were very kind and aproachable. Everything is ok, way better than what I expected from one star hotel. The breakfast is actually a croissant, coffee, juice...etc. which was ok for us to take away and not loose time in the morning.

Not that I did't like, since I had no big expectation as iti is a one star hotel, but just to write to those who might want to cosider (e.g.the elder) generaly room is modest, there ia no elevator, no fridge available, , no aircondition, there is a fan - for our stay in June it was comfortable enough, we did not come to stay in hotel, but to be out all day, and have a place to rest and shower.

Basically everything. I was worried with the reviews from Booking.com and google, but I will definitely stay here again if I visit Milano again. Not like other reviews, the rooms was very clean and warm and breakfast was also satisfiable to me. Of course to mention staffs were extremely kind.

Not easy to think of, but maybe the location, but that's something the hotel cannot change... Nevertheless, considering the price, this is absolutely over expectation.

Hotel is basic and does the job. Clean, comfortable and provides a breakfast. Accessible by tram from central station, or by a fairly easy walk. Some great little places to eat nearby and a supermacato.

There was no air con, but this is Europe! The room didn't have a kettle, cups or small refrigerator. These things could improve the room.
