Its location was excellent very close to Central station of Milano and also close to Metro station both M1 and M2 ( red and green lines)

You have to carry your luggage’s a few steps while going to the elevator. There should be a sloping down way

I stayed for one night and the hotel offered all the basic amenities, it was value for money. The location was good, just a short walk from the bus and train station. It was less close to the historic center, but I still could walk to the attractions and restaurants. My room was quiet with stable Wi-Fi. Despite the freezing weather outside, the room was exceptionally well-heated. The hotel's surroundings appeared safe for a solo female traveler to explore the area late in the evening without any worries.

Very helpful friendly staff, very clean..Central Station and Lorena metro less than 10 minutes walk away.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim..

None, everything suited my needs

For my first time in Milano, hotel Soprega is a short distance from Milano Centrale. I arrived at 11:30 pm and walked in the rain my myself to the hotel. Yet I had to ask further directions but I made it without any problems. The next day Walked from the hotel to the galleria duomo all by myself and I explored then returned to hotel with no problem also. I will stay at here again if I’m back in Milano if the mattress is more comfortable.

when I arrived there was no one at front desk so I waited few minutes till someone came back and helped to check me I can forgive the sounds from the AC from buzzing all the time. I can forgive the croissant for breakfast wasn’t good. I can forgive the orange juice was half a glass instead of full. I can forgive small room. BUT …I can’t forgive an uncomfortable mattress. To me - Having a good mattress to sleep on is essential. That will give you a good night’s sleep.

This modern and clean hotel was close to the train station. I saw other hotels that were closer but wouldn’t have been as nice for the price. This was a gorgeous modern foyer with breakfast, and cappuccino bar. The lemon water provided was so good I wanted to fill up my water bottle. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Free WiFi was good even in the rooms. The bathroom was large but in our room you had to step up (trip hazard in the middle of the night) we put a chair in front of the door to remind us of the step. lol This was clean, modern and spacious and in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Milan.

Nothing to dislike. Wish it would have been closer to the train station…but overall wasn’t a bad 20 minute walk.

I was surprised by the level of the hotel, as it was more than wonderful. In terms of cleanliness, it was excellent. It provided daily cleaning of the rooms and a daily change of all sheets and towels. Distinctive, spacious rooms and large, comfortable bathrooms. Sky sports channels and the most wonderful people at reception. Welcoming and quick in the check-in process. They were very helpful.. In general, the hotel is close to Milan Centrale train station, and I think we will stay there every time we arrive in Milan ❤️

it was more than wonderful

The hotel is perfect for a city break in Milan. The room was clean, very friendly staff that let us put the luggage in a storage room as we arrived much earlier than the check in hours. It's a 5-6 min walk in straight line to the bus station (for the bus to the airport) and the central train station and metro. The breakfast is classic Italian colazione (cake and coffee) but right next door is a family owned restaurant with great food and service. Very good value for money.

Our room was a bit small, but nonetheless comfortable, clean and quiet.

We only stayed 1 night, and we got an upgrade of our room for free, they gave us the best room they had! It was an amazing room, we felt really lucky and it's a really good thing from them. They only warned us that this particular room didn't have elevator for it for the last flight of stairs, but we were ok with it so we decided to accept the upgrade. The room was big and amazing. We didn't try any breakfast (we wanted from a coffee place outside) so I can't comment any of it.

Our upgraded room didn't have elevator for the last floor, but they warned us and it was our decision to want it, which was fine for us. The elevator was also quite small.

next to the train station, bus station to the airports and to several metro stations. A couple of nice not expensive cafes and restaurants near by. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a problem with a room and it was changed. The room is normal size, clean, good bed linen and towels.

Rooms facing the street are very noisy at night/morning. In the bathroom there is just a soap and body and hair wash (2 in 1) Getting coffee for breakfast was not quick as there is just one lady serving. Better to go to the cafe next door, they have a wide choice of fresh pastries
