Great breakfast. Easy walk to Milan Central Station which made getting around the city easy.

The insulation between rooms was poor. We could hear people coming and going from their rooms or moving furniture clearly. Also- we did not like their policy of giving the room key back to the from desk each time we left the hotel. Especially because when we returned they did not check our IDs to confirm the room is ours. All we did was walk in say our room # and they gave us the key back. Seems like an easy way to get robbed.

The room was decorated. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated very much the nice bed linens that were quite refined. We had a nice bathroom with all of the comforts and the tv worked well. An elevator to come to the floor with the heavy luggage as well. The location was prime. Only few blocks from the train station and the buses to the airports. Also a mini market a block away and a fe restaurants and pizzeria close by. Breakfast was very good with choice of coke and hot and the ambiance of the breakfast room with outdoor patio was very pleasant.

Something was off with the a/c. It was functioning but the flow was very low and the room was pretty stuffy. Even just a standing fan or a mini fan on the nightstand would have changed the experience to a better one.

The location was ideal for me as it was easy to get from and to the airport. Both the reception staff and the breakfast staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, with the breakfast room staff being cheerful, friendly and efficient. It was lovely having breakfast in the leafy garden. The room was spotlessly clean and whilst plain, it had everything I needed. The bathroom was also good, with a powerful shower. The air-con was good as were the black-out blinds. Having a little balcony was an added bonus.

The only socket in the room was behind the TV. As the bed had castor wheels on, it sort of slid along the floor when I tried to sit up in bed to watch TV.

All the staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Nice design of the hotel, cozy rooms. Comfortable quiet yard. Breakfast variety was good and coffee they served at the breakfast also very good! Hotel is close to public transportation so it's easy to get anywhere from there. In the area quiet close a lot of restaurants, coffee places etc

The bed wasn't 100% comfortable. Walls are a bit thin (or it's just bad sound insulation) so you hear quiet well everything that is going on on other rooms

Stayed for a few days for work and had a lovely, quiet stay. Very polite staff who said hello everytime so I felt welcome, staying as a woman solo. They were also very quick and efficient when I needed a taxi booked and reminded me that I had left my passport with them! Average sized room but with high ceilings. Breakfast was the highlight as everything was delicious and seemed homemade, with a selection of sweet and savoury, got my fill every morning of the stay. Really easy getting around the city.

As someone traveling with a lot of devices I wish there were more plugs, including closer to the bed. No bathtub and the shower was a bit dark and small, rest of the bathroom was pleasant with nice toiletries though. The area can be a bit seedy with the central station so close by but fine as long as you keep your wits about you.

Brilliant location, very close to Centrale FS underground station and also Milano Centrale. Very friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast! Room was comfortable and spacious, with a TV and fridge which I found very useful. Fresh water was provided each day which was extremely welcome!

Not really anything, except that it can get quite busy at breakfast so try and get down early!

breakfast was good, offering both sweet and non-sweet bread for different styles of liking, along with salad, fruits and yogurt. kitchen staff are nice and generous. front desk staff gives a sense of reliability and security, guarding the entrance strictly. Feel extra safe.

the room facility is very basic but cleanness level is ok. We stayed here in May when weather was comfortably cool. it’ll be better if there’s screen window in the room so that we can open windows to get cooler and fresh air into the room while keeping flies out.

The location is very convenient for train travel. The rooms are clean and spacious but the staff who work here are very good at their jobs and great to deal with. We were able to get early access to our rooms and the breakfast was very good with lots of options. There are also block out roller shutters on the windows which are great in summer.

The location is pretty far from the central area and the AC in the rooms didn’t work very well so the rooms were a little warm on a 30 degree day.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable, very quiet, attractive; large and tasty buffet for breakfast: cheese, salame, cereals, toaat, fruit, tea, coffee, lots of cakes, orange juice and other things; Very well situated just off the cenrral station square and a few metro stops from rhe historic centre I will deffinately go again. I was on my own and I felt safe
