The location is perfect! Only few min walk to the Central Station, short walk to the metro, loads of bars and cafes in the area and decent grocery shop opposite the hotel. Hotel itself was decent given the price and location. Staff was super friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. No issues with housekeeping.

For what we needed this hotel was perfect but have to admit it looks a bit tired, aircon was working but it took ages to cool down the room and most importantly the rooms are quite dark. the light was really bad. Our room had balcony so we did our makeup there , but some of the other girls from our group didn’t have balcony so it was slight struggle getting ready. The balcony we had (1st floor) was facing the road, luckily hotel is located on one of the side roads so it wasn’t noisy. HOWEVER, that balcony was very untidy with some old cigarettes buds swept in one corner, that didn’t bother us too much but it wasn’t a good look.

Location - the hotel is only a few minutes walk from Milano Centrale (Milan Central Train Station), which was great for us. This is particularly good if you are travelling by train to the airport. It was also only 30 mins walk to the Duomo. Room - the room was small, but clean and had everything we needed. We only used the hotel to shower and sleep, so can't comment on all the facilities. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had toiletries, the shower was good. Room had air con. Overall, we had a good experience. The staff were friendly, check in was easy and quick. We didn't try the breakfast there, so can't comment.

Everything was great. The check in is very easy, the staff was very helpful with guidance and answering all our questions. They are all very professional, they are immediately cleaning your room once you go out, without touching any of your belongings. Everything is very clear the bed is big and comfy. And I loved that the hotel had a nice view at is position is perfect, you are super close to the railway station and metro, restaurants and everything. The room was very nice heated and it looked great, we even received a 3 person room for just two, without even asking so it was very spacious. I definitely recommend it.

Great location 5 minutes walk from Milano Centrale station and 4 metro stations to Duomo!!! The area has many options for food and drink.. Across the street there is also a supermarket.. The staff is very polite and helpful!!! They offer also a luggage storage for free before the check in.. Our room was comfortable and they clean every day!!! I would definately recommend it and i would stay again on my next trip to Milano!!!

The man at the desk, I think his name was Bad? He was very friendly and welcoming. It really made our stay great! The location was close to Milano central station, only 5-10 min walk. It was really close but also felt tucked away and quiet. I liked that the restaurants were close by and seemed not as touristy! Also loved the great supermarket across the road. Nicely done up room. I was very happy, the place exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was also amazing.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

The Hotel was very close to the subway “Centrale” and also within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom included a good sized shower, internet was good and the room was very clean

The lift/elevator was very narrow but I was on the second floor so not a problem for me. Breakfast was not included (but available at €15, which is similar to the cost from cafes nearby) For a 3 star hotel I found the price per night to be a bit pricey but it Fashion week so prices seemed to be more expensive because of this event

Room was a decent size and had everything you needed. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. Location was great, just round the corner from a main metro line that got you to all the main sites in less than 10mins.

Nothing really - the room was decent, and quite underwhelming for the price, but it is Milan so everything was quite expensive. Definitely not luxury if that’s what you’re looking for, just a decent cosy stay.

Well appointed clean and bright room with modern fixings. A 5min walk from Milan Centrale train station and Metro. Great buffet style breakfast included.

Power to apartment electricals shuts down upon exit, resulting in our drinks/room not being kept cool while we were out exploring the city. We had to ask for a power card to keep our room powered up (fridge & a/c). Similarly no kettle/coffee/tea was provided - it was apparent that this would only be supplied upon request. It seemed evident that this three star facility was run on a well managed budget. Staff intransigent by insisting we pay City Tax in cash (extra cost to travellers) and not charged on card.

Room was a very good size, with plenty of space to leave luggage. Beds were very comfortable and spacious and had spare pillows for those who like to sleep high. Bathroom was well equipped and the shower was very nice with a strong water pressure which was great for getting travel tensions out. Staff were polite and friendly, very engaging and knowledgeable about the area. Located very close to Milano Centrale train station which was great for day trips and inner-city travelling. Didnt hear a lot of noise beyond the occasional siren and the tapparellas keep the room really dark which helped with getting a great sleep. Really enjoyed our stay here.

the lift is very narrow and was a very tight fit with 2adults and a child + luggage but this was a non-issue really.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. Close to the metro and central station. Grocery store located just across the street. Plenty of good restaurants around. We asked for a kettle prior our arrival and we found it ready in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Has a lift which is great. Very safe at night, the reception doors are locked, the receptionist will open doors for you straightaway. Will surely return at Hotel Bolzano when visiting Milan.

We had two rooms, in one of the rooms the WiFi signal was very weak. Otherwise it was perfect.
