location good bathroom friendly staff

was asked to leave room key with reception each time you left hotel which I didn’t like, felt like my belongings were not safe. when collecting them, I was not asked for ID or anything which again added to my concerns as it felt like anyone could have easily gained access. bed was ok but probably could do with a new mattress soon

A perfectly acceptable hotel a few steps from the main station at a reasonable price. Exciting it is not.

There is a bit of street noise from the locals.

Hotel is literally next to main train station which is huge plus on arrival and leave (you can leave your luggage free of charge when you arrive or when you leave so you can spend time in city). Subway entrance is only few steps from hotel door so getting around Milan is very easy and comfy. Hotel inside is having the glorious times pass by, but still it is pretty cosy.

We had bad luck on Saturday night. Building neighbouring with hotel is private with apartments and unfortunately our room window was just about 10 meters from terrace where there was party with loud music. After all day touring around city it was unpleasant we could not get to sleep. Night quiet time in Italy should start at 11, police was called as midnight, music stopped for a while but then started again (although not that loud anymore). Still we could not get to sleep until approximately 3-4 am and whole day trip was ahead of us. You can imagine we were not able to fully enjoy it next day :(

Fantastic location for the main station in Milan (Less than 5min walk) Staff very friendly. Room looks like it has been refurbished lately (stayed Sept 2023) if it hasn't they keep the rooms in a great condition. Great size room, very comfortable. 15min walk to Milano center. Remember this isn't the 4 seasons, it is a well priced very comfortable hotel near the station, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Public area ready for a freshen up, this was the only reason it wasn't a 10/10 and it really isn't that bad.

The room was clean. We got better room than we expected (with a balcony and bath). The hotel is very small and quiet on very quiet place. On our part of the floor, there was only two other rooms. Metro station is in the same street (about 100 m from the hotel). The central station is about 250 m from the hotel. Next to the hotel is a minimarket. In the same street there are many restaurants. We tried a lot of them and all are very good. The staff in the hotel is very kind and helpful. I can definitely recommend this hotel on 100%. If I go to Milan next tim, i will go there. Thank you very much.

We spend our first day and last day in Italy in here. On the very first day, a senior receptionist welcomed us warmly and gently at midnight, which gave us a very good impression about Milano. And at the last day in here, our lock seems damaged by previous visitor and i was lock in my room, but gentlemen in reception come and help us ASAP, they even offer me coffee and breakfast as compensation, even it’s not their fault. The hotel has a really convenient spot and only 5 min walk to train station’s platform. And there is also a good restaurant opposite the hotel, which has fantastic “Milanese style risotto”. Great memories and hope to see you again in the future!

The room was clean, and you had everything you can expect from a hotel, even more. We wanted for nothing. Best part was the Night Odit. An older man who is really enjoying his job. We weren't sure about the check-out time, and he was like: no worries, I will tell everyone to not wake you till 12, even if the checkout time was 10-11. Also, he was very polite and pleasen about other things we asked or needed. And all that, after 00:00 hours (we checked-in late). Location is also super close to Milano Centrale, it tooks us 5-7mins to get there with suitcases on foot. All in all, very nice place!

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the Central Railway Station and the Metro. It was great to have the reception staffed 24 hours, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had a lot of room for storage, and good air conditioning - a must in 38 degrees! Our room was clean and quiet. On our last morning we had breakfast at the hotel. There was a good selection of breads, pastries, sweets, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and drinks - all for 10 Euros. The free Wifi was excellent.

Very clean, newly refurbished. Fresh paint, photos don’t do it justice. Excellent AC & amenities in room including hair dryer.

The renovated room. The close location to the train station and the nearby restaurants was very useful.

The lift was very small. One of the reception staff was very cross that we had taken the key during the day - we hadn't been told that we should hand it in to reception. The rest of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
