I enjoyed the location, walking distance to basically everything worth seeing. The overall vibe of the hotel is great. Boutique, chic and elegant. Complementary bottle of water every day is a nice touch. Amazing courtyard with sitting areas and stylish modern decor.

One thing I have to mention is that we were located on top floor and window was intentionally secured (due to safety reasons I guess) so you could not open it wider than 10cm. Really strange for us, we couldn’t get any fresh air coming from outside. Sound proofing of the rooms is not really great as well, we could hear every noise other guests or staff made even late at night. Even though Milan is really expensive I still think for the value you get the hotel is a bit overpriced.

I really enjoyed the decor and ambiance. The staff service, standards and quality very good. Buffet breakfast and offerings were a great selection and tasty.

Cigarette smells. This is a widespread problem throughout Italy and Europe. The smells seep through the air conditioning which in turn creates a stench in the rooms. This is not good for people who suffer the affects from cigarette smoke. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in the atrium to ensure the health and safety of all guests. There was no complimentary milk to use with the coffee machine in the room. I think there was also a problem with the lamp, it didn't switch off. Lighting was low in the room. A little bit more light would be nice.

We didn't have breakfast, but the buffet looked varied and substantial. The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 mins walk to the Duomo and slightly longer to other attractions. Good variety of restaurants and cafe's within a short walk. Hotel was spotlessly clean, really lovely decor and looked exactly as in the promotional photos, so no surprises! All the staff were welcoming and very helpful - perfect hotel for a trip to Milan!

We booked a lovely room on the 4th floor with a terrace. The rooms are connected to the interior courtyard. Problem: All the noise from below in the eating/sitting area echos right up into the room! Had to close our lovely French doors…so we never could enjoy the breeze or terrace at all. Walls are thin could hear neighbors talking. I did request a fan for “white noise” which helped. Mentioned this unfortunate issue to the manager. He was very helpful and immediately compensated us .😊

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room. Big and varied buffet selection to suit most people's breakfast desires. Friendly and efficient staff at hotel who went a step beyond to help. Nice renovation to modernize the hotel. Very clean housekeeping. Soundproofing from street noise was quite good. Air con good.

The technology regarding the lighting was a mystery for a while.

The hotel’s location is walking distance to the Duomo… Lots of restaurants and cafes around. All the staff at the front desk were very helpful specially Alice. They accomodated our requests and were very happy to help. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Everything the breakfast and restaurant are up with the very best we have encountered during our Italian holiday . Close to the main centre and little supermarket close by across the road for little things you need .

breakfast is very comprehensive but expensive for light eaters. We opted for the Italian breakfast at 10 euros, which was more than enough with croissants and pastries, fresh fruit and wonderful coffee.

Full of character, gorgeous touches of fashion/accessories nodding to the city’s culture. Gorgeous signature scent, beautiful feature courtyard and very close to the attractions of the city centre. The breakfast selection was excellent too and would highly recommend to sustain throughout the day!

The only complaint was the pillows were a little lumpy and the shower door seal was faulty so made it a little leaky. Although, when mentioned to the staff, they actioned this immediately so can’t really fault them!
