Chateau Montfort - a perfect hotel from all aspects ! Stunning classic retro design, courteous service from receptionists (special thanks to Beata), stunning and relaxing spa with professional masseurs (thanks to Felice and Veronika), saunas and pool, perfect cleanliness, varied breakfast. The surroundings of the hotel are also outstanding: metro, tram and bus stations are literally under the hotel, nearby is a large supermarket, excellent restaurants and bars. Walking to the Duomo area is also really close, about fifteen minutes. We enjoyed every moment.. Thank you !

Great staff. Good location if you want to be able to walk to centre of Milan but not be around all the other tourists. I really liked the Spa. It was a typical Italian hotel. Traditional, friendly, chilled and filled with lots of little stylish touches. There’s a wee terrace on the 1st floor so make sure and visit that as well. Breakfast was solidly on expectation

Well, I had a circular bed which was, eh, interesting but totally pointless (haha). My junior suit never had any comfortable armchairs or sofa so that was disappointing as I sometimes just like to chill in my room. Shower was alway an effort to operate (as always, getting the temperature right is a massive achievement haha). The main bar was very weird. No-one used it and it had a white piano but so Elton John haha.

You can't go wrong with choosing Château Monfort.. exceeded our expectations really. Starting from the warm welcomes at the reception and the extremely helpful concierges till the upscale restaurant that was the highlight of the stay not to forget the must try spa they have.. this facility is absolutely worths every penny paid.

The hotel is outstanding and very cleaned! But Melika the receptionist Girl she is the main reasons behind loving this hotel. She was always available to answer, help and guide me and my sister to the best places with her big smile and laugh very responsive from her heart. Thank you Melika you did you did wonderful job

Beautiful hotel. The most wonderful staff everywhere at the front desk Beata, Emilia, Milica, and everybody extremely helpful and professional. We loved our room, very quiet and super clean with amazing toiletries!!! The atmosfere, the music and decorations are absolutely amazing and relaxing! Breakfast and hotel restaurants are just fabulous! We loved our cappuccino grande every morning! Amazing staff at breakfast and servers at Hotel Restaurant and Lobby Restaurant just fantastic! Valet staff is very helpful and ready to assist!! Great location!We will definitely recommend this hotel to our families and friends. We can't wait to be back there again!! Thank you for the most wonderful time!!

Everything was done exceptionally well. Breakfast was a bit below par although the staff was very good and coffee was excellent. Location was great but the construction impeded our access (not your fault).

Should have kettle and coffee machine in room for early risers. The bed with toy soldier pattern was too close to wall. I kept banging my elbows or shins on the toy.

A beautifully presented period hotel- it almost feels like you are a guest in a grand house instead of a hotel. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is a must - well presented (in my opinion) well priced menu selection. Terrific wine list

We had an upgraded suite on the top floor - which was spacious- Only unusual element was that it had no windows - just two sky lights. This didn’t really worry us as we have been to Milan many times and were literally filling in two days before we returned home. This is a bit of buyer beware - in case you think you might get a window- and find none there.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel (and our room) were air conditioned and had complimentary WiFi. The staff were incredibly attentive and were able to help us with all our needs. Being able to park our car (valet and a daily fee) was a relief. The bar staff made a special drink without alcohol for us (allergies) and the spa staff/masseur was gracious, professional, and well trained. The Spa itself was well equipped, beautiful, and relaxing. The hotel was near public transportation and within walking distance of the Duomo and its shopping district and it was also in walking distance to a very clean self-serve laundry mat (we like to do our own laundry) and a Mail Boxes etc. (to Fed Ex gifts back home). We would highly recommend Chateau Monfort!

The price of drinks/cocktails was very high.

The restaurant is amazing and so was the coffee!!! Excellent chef! The bar area is quaint with an upscale feel, yet very comfortable! I liked the live classical music as well. The hotel itself is not far from the busy portions of the Old Town and touristy areas. There was construction in the front of the hotel, as a train platform is nearing completion. However, it was very quiet and the work hours were respectable. The platform area looks like it will be a very nice area - almost park like. The staff was very professional and helpful.

In regards to the breakfast entre, maybe a slice of toast or roll should come with the egg and bacon. Overall, it was very good!
