Comfy beds, nice room and good heating. Staff is really friendly and street is nice and quiet, about 10 tram stations (15mins) to Duomo.

Could be a bit cleaner, there was hair on the floor in bathroom.

Everything was above expectations, staff was super friendly and helpful. We got a welcome drink on check in, left our bags on reception and got the key before the check in time. In the evening as we got there after heavy rain we asked for extra blankets and heating, everything was arranged. Kettle in the room with tea and cups helped us a lot. Perfectly clean bathroom with heating and a really good hair dryer was also a nice touch. Rooms situated on quiet street, there is a really good supermarket and a few cafeterias at the end of it.

I was offered a drink on my arrival which was a nice welcome :) It was my first trip to Milano and Nabil and Hadi were very helpful with the information. Everybody was super friendly. The room was nice and clean, bed super comfortable and the place overall very quiet. 30-40min walk from the hotel to Duomo, supermarket just across the street and many cute coffee shops in the neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely book again whenever I decide to come back! Grazie di tutto Dina

Extremely clean and well maintained hotel Nice and perfect location near the city centre and Milano Linate Airport with excellent public transport. Amazing staff May God bless! Very nice welcome from the team, and the room was spotless. Getting around town was easy, with several different buses and trams nearby. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe and included a pastry, a coffee and a bottle of juice - nice little covered patio area to sit out (and you can buy bus tickets there if you haven't already got a pass). Room was basic, but does the trick for a quick trip.

Sound carries really easily around the property as ceilings are super high and there aren't any carpeting or soft furnishings in the common areas. I'd like to think that more guests would be considerate about not slamming doors, howling with laughter or stomping up the stairs - but suppose that's too much to expect of people. {eye roll} There isn't a 24hr reception desk, so no one available to intervene.

I liked the street it was on. I also thought the guy on reception was really friendly and helpful and spoke good English with me. He also very kindly offered me a a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival, which I thought was a very nice way to start my holiday.

The only slight issue is that the corridor in the building I was staying in was dark at night. It may be that I just couldn’t find the light switch.

The reception contact was very nice, answered quickly when I had questions regarding the check-in and also called me the day I arrived to double-check the estimated time of arrival.

Slippers are recommended as the floor is a bit cold during wintertime, but it's not really a disappointment, more likely something that's good to bear in mind if booking the hotel in December like us :)

The room is big and clean. The location is good, too, close to trams, trains, and buses. One can walk to the city centre as well. Even the location is not central, there are plenty of restaurants and a big store nearby.

In general I like the hotel. But, unfortunately, the room was not quiet. One can hear how people come to the hotel, talk, walk through corridors and their rooms, etc. If you are sensitive to it I would suggest to consider another place.

Although some way from Milan centre it was easy to get in as there were several transport options just down the road with about a 15 minute journey to the Cathedral or 20 minutes to Central Station. The hotel was in a quiet private road. Limited parking in the yard behind the hotel (by request) although when we were there there was always street parking available. Our room was across the road from the main hotel, in the roof, although plenty of space. No lift, so needed to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful about getting to the centre.

The breakfast was in a small bar a few minutes walk away. It was typically Italian, just a croissant (very nice), a juice and a coffee of choice.

A very nice, clean and cozy hotel. We got a small room with a nice terrace. The AC was working very good! The host was very nice and friendly, he met us with a glass of wine and gave us all usefull information about the city. It was easy to get to the city center by bus, which stops close to the hotel and it's only 15 min away. We appreciated the free parking just in front of the hotel. Great money value.

The bathroom was clean but need a little upgrade (the door in the bathroom and in the shower need to be fixed).
