The room was very nice with a small green area in front of the windows so you could keep them open at night. Also the decor in the room had its unique style which we liked. Breakfast was nice and there was a good selection at the buffet, you additionally got eggs, sandwiches and juice freshly prepared a la card each morning 👍 The location was near (~2min) public transportation which is easy to use in Milan. Our hosts were super nice and accommodating and helped with questions about the wines in the region and destinations in and around Milan. Our short stay was very nice here and we'll definitely book here again when staying in Milan.

The property is very quiet and inside the rooms, the blinders block out the light in the morning (great for sleeping late in the summer). The temperature in the room can be adjusted but it felt just right to us anyway in late spring. There is ample cupboard space, the bathroom is big and spotless clean. The property is located close to a big supermarket, an excellent bakery and several small shops selling fruits/vegetables. There are nice inexpensive places around to eat well (for any taste) or have a drink (try Grappoli e Luppoli). While it's not the most central place, it's halfway between the Linate airport and the centre, by cheap and frequent local transport (20 minutes). The wifi is excellent and you can watch Netflix in the tv in the room by logging into your personal account. The breakfast is absolutely incredible. Stefano, the host, prepares some plates himself, the desserts are delicious, and there is a selection of coffee and fresh juices to choose from.

Everything was perfect and full of character

This was far the best place we stayed yet. We are traveling though Italy. The air conditioning worked well. The guy that owns it was friendly and most helpful. He gave us a great map to the districts to visit and how the get there. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a sweet treat on our bed every day. Breakfast was delicious and the first day we had to leave before breakfast and they made us a boxed breakfast.

Stefano is an amazing host. He is kind and generous, was happy to assist us with every question or need. The room and the hotel are very well designed and decorated, and clean. The place is not in the center of Milan, but close to train and tram so it was easy for us to get anywhere. Stefano recommended restaurants that were great, and best transportation to use. The room is meticulously planned and designed; the bed was comfortable and breakfast was fresh. Staying in Porta Tosa was one of the best parts of this trip. It is highly recommended!

If you arrive by train from the airport, make sure you know the way from the train station to the hotel. It is only 300 m but we didn’t a map, so we had to spend some time looking for the right street.

This Bed and Breakfast was perfect. A beautiful spatious room, being very tidy and having all the things you would need. Also a really delicious breakfast with freshly baked croissants and eggs, different cheeses or cut meats on demand and also included in the breakfast prize! The Bed and breakfast is also in a minute walking di stance to public transport, making it very easy to get to the central station or the city centre. The best however was the incredible host, he adapted to all our wishes, gave us excellent tipps for restaurants and places to visit and was very friendly. I would recommand it to everybody looking for a cozy yet beautiful stay in Milano.

We didn't immediately take public transport to get to the B&B resulting in a pretty long trip from the central station to our accomodation. I would recommand everybody just take a daypass or a 3 daypass as this isn't very expensive and saves you a lot of energy. This is however our fault, as the host recommended this immediately as we got there.

This is a villa from the 20s or 30s, fully restored, with an amazing attention to detail and an artsy subtle touch. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, the beds are amazing - for a guy that doesn.t like to sleep a lot i did not want to get out of bed. I felt like a privileged guest, although that was the standard treatment. Very accessible, you hop on a tram 3 minutes from the property and in 15 minutes or so, you are at the Dome. I will probably stay there each time i.ll visit Milano

Nothing bad that i can remember, not even close

I fancy the style of a room: an old Italian building with modern features. The room was very neat and freshly renovated. Comfortable bed, blackout shades, hot shower, a cup of coffee - that's all that I needed after a full day in exhibition. Stefano, the host, helped me to puzzle out Milano public transport routes and also booked me a taxi. He also provided me with a guide of Milano restaurants - I wish I could stay longer to eat in all of them. The hotel is close to subway, tram and bus stops. It's about 25 minutes from Duomo.

Property was in a great location and very safe. Close to transportation. Stefano was super responsive and very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Would love to stay there again!! Very helpful guide printed out with directions on how to get around and recommendations with maps. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very roomy, clean and technologically advanced. Our host was exceptional, answering all our questions, preparing delicious breakfasts, and providing us with great local tips. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milan!

A little far from major attractions, but that was an advantage too, since the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Loved everything in this small B&B. The breakfast was delicious and super fresh. The host Stefano was helpful and gave good restaurant tips. The design of the rooms and the whole place was also wonderful. We will definetly come back here.
