The room was bigger than I expected, with good amenities and very clean. The hotel offered toiletries if you forgot any at home. In the room, every day, I had a bottle of water from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tram number 14 stop just opposite of the hotel and make the connection with metro and other means of transport that could take you in the city. It makes 35 minutes from the hotel to the Milano Domm. Tickets can be bought at the reception.

It was very noisy from the street; but for those who can wear, the hotelstaff put earplugs. At breakfast it could be more vegetables, not only baby spinach.

A decent budget-friendly option. The location of the hotel was ideal for our purpose. 30 minutes away from both the Duomo and the stadium using public transportation. This made it easy for us to explore the city and attend the match without any difficulty. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

There was only one plug available in the room. This made it challenging for two people to charge their devices simultaneously, especially as there was no plug near the bed. We encountered a strange noise coming through the ventilation vent in our room on both evenings. This noise was somewhat disruptive and made it challenging to fully relax and get a peaceful night's sleep. There was no smart TV service available in the room. This meant that we were unable to enjoy streaming services like Netflix.

Bed, breakfast, helpful staff, parking at the hotel, room overall was very good and quiet. All in all a good place to stay if you don't mind being 30-45mins (depending on traffic) away from the centre (Duomo) by tram. There is an adequate (in size) shopping mall approximately 5mins by foot from the hotel with decent brands (GAP/H&M/ZARA/GAMESPOT/CK/AX). Also, a careffour supermarket is next to the hotel should you need some yiammies and water.

The parking fee is quite steep at 20Euro per night. We knew about it but this doesn't make it any less steep.

The staff at the reception are outstanding! Great people, always very polite and respectful and there to help. So grateful to have met such professionals.

I’ve booked the double king bedroom and got a smaller room than it actually portrayed on Booking. the room next to us was like in the picture, the one I was in we barely got to up our luggage inside. apart from that, towels really do have some strange smell to them once put in rooms.

The room was tidy and the bathroom facilities were great. WiFi connection was good and compared to other hotels I have been to there was more TV channel options than usual. In terms of location it is a bit far from the centre of the city but for me after watching a match at the San Siro it was close enough to walk. Also there is a tram stop that drops you off right outside the hotel which is very convenient.

They gave us a city map and explained and advised us on how to reach specific places. - Tram station is opposite the hotel for tram 14 towards Duomo or other central stops. - Tram tickets are available for purchase at the hotel reception. - There are water bottles, slippers, shower amenities. - The bed was fine and comfy. - Pizzerias, restaurants, carrefour and other shops are available within the area, and make a note that most shops and restaurants close at around 8 pm, except carrefour that is behind the hotel and open 24/7. - Not a crowded area.

- Noise of neighbours could be heard. - Cleaning was not done properly and we did not take the risk to use the jacuzzi. - Too far from center, about 40 mins by tram and it was exhausting for us. - The noise from the transport could be heard as it's on a main road. - The room is a bit small for 2 persons.

Very friendly and helpful staff, also fluent in English if required. Nice, spaceous room and good breakfast. Also, even though being located on a busy street, the tram directly in front of the hotel allows you to travel into Milan very easily.

The earplugs provided to you by the hotel, are indeed quite handy, as the street provides you with quite a bit of noise.

Great location to get to Venice. Bus stop in back of hotel. Free parking. Perfect for one night. Staff is friendly. It's a fabulous deal compared to other hotels.

There is a smell in the room I was in. It's coming from bathroom. I read about it in other reviews. That being said for one night it was not a huge deal. If I was staying multiple days or planning on spending time in room, not sure I would book again.

The room is spacious enough, well equipped bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, very pleasant and helpful staff, great tasty breakfast

Location is a bit far from the historical city center, while the price is almost like you're inside it. We were unable to turn off the air conditioning during the night, calling to reception wasn"t convient as we were already sleeping and not ready to receive guests - technical crew. It was too cold in the room as a result..

The staff, simone and monica were very nice and helpful. The room was spotless! Clean and smells good. The air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was on the last floor which i liked a lot. Would definitely come back

They don't provide kettle in the room, and i had to request one, but they put on mini chocolates on the tray and it was cute gesture. Location is 30 mins away from duomo, but manageable with tram.
