Far from city center Breakfast is good but standard

Breakfast was top (tasty and lots of choices) The room was spacious Hotel well-connected to the center with the tramway.

I have booked for my daughter, paid in advance. We phoned the hotel to make sure that a credit card was not needed and the hotel reassured us that it was ok since we had paid in advance. At the checking-in at the hotel, a credit card was asked :-(

The staff was great! Check-in and check-out worked very smoothly. Special thanks to hotel restaurant staff, who fed the tired travelers even after the restaurant closed. Our expectations were truly exceeded! The room was clean and a suitable size for two people. The location of the hotel is good. Two tram stops right next to the hotel, a few grocery stores and good restaurants nearby.

In the room, the air conditioner made a rather loud noise, which could disturb a sensitive sleeper. In the shower, the warm water was enough for one person, but not for the next one.

Втор пат резервирам во истиот хотел. Репционерите се супер, доручек солиден. ( 2018 беше многу подобар ) . Локацијата е далеку од центар, но голема предност е што само на 2мин одење, преку улицата има трамвај кој оди директно до Дуомо. ( возење околу 20тина минути ). Близината на станицата е предност бидејќи е осветлено и веднаш си во хотелот. Чист хотел, убав амбиент и мебел. Секогаш имате човек задолжен за багажот. Огромна предност е гаражата за кола, безбеден и сигурен паркинг. ( се плаќа 20 евра од ден )

Побаравме опција дали има доручек за носење, бидејќи требаше да заминеме саат време пред доручекот. За изненадување беше толкууу оскудно- една кроасана спакувана, сокче детско и бисквити. За изненадување беше покрај добриот доручек што го имаат, можеле барем сендвичи да направат!

Starting with communication at the reception, it becomes clear that the hotel is from the top league. The staff is always friendly and makes sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We had room 510. Large apartments, with a large bed and wardrobe. It is possible to adjust the temperature with the help of a thermostat, cleaning is carried out every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is a separate topic. Everyone will find food to their liking. I would like to single out the pastries: there were actually many varieties of croissants, cakes and pies. So my Christmas vacation, Hotel Raffaello, beautified with its hospitality. Next time, I will come here again.

I have no complaints.

Room was spacious and very clean, bed large and comfy. Tramp line no 14 is just right outside the hotel and going straight to Duomo, tickets can be bought on the reception desk.

There was no glass, coffee or tea in the room even the kettle and sachets of sugar was there. No free bottle of water, everything in mini fridge which we was charge for use it. Breakfast really basic, cold scrumble eggs with sausages and bacon or one type of cheese and ham and breadrolls. Every day same stuff. It's not really standard as 4* hotel.

Breakfast was supposed to end at 10.30 but they had taken away a lot of the food already at 9.50 (e.g. bacon and sausages which we really wanted)

Facility is overall old but very well maintenanced and comfortable. Room was spacious than expected and very very clean. It even had a small wardrobe room. Breakfast selection was small but everything was fresh, especially a nice surprise was the honey comb. Never seen such anywhere!

The room had no bathtub. I'd prefer to have more storage racks in the bathroom. Quality of coffee at the breakfast was very poor, directly from the machine. Location is a bit far from the city center, but we had a car and no problem.

A really characterful, classic and cosy place full of good spirits. Exceptional stuff, soo nice even when I wasn't in the best mood after we arrived after a long car ride. The bed was a bit too hard, but everything else really nice. The rooms including the bath room are so lovey and clean. Thank you so much! We didn't have any breakfast so can't tell about the quality. We were able to let the car in the parking space a few hours after checking out so, that was great.

Parking fee 18€/night :/ You have to reservate a parking space before to make sure that there is space. We luckily got a space spontaneously. Seems to be common in Italy: What bothers me a lot, is the fact that they don't use regular closed blanket covers, just sheets which are lying under or above the blankets.
