I expected nothing too fancy but my expectations were exceeded, the room was amazing, super friendly staff, service was on top, we had refill on water bottles everyday in our fridge. The terrace was way better than we expected, we thought it would be a balcony but turns out it was a major almost rooftop terrace with stools a table and a sun umbrella really really nice in general. Besides the language barrier we managed by poco Italian and a lot of English and Google translate 😂👍🏼 placement was great too, we could walk to the tram in less than 5 minutes and in 10 minutes we would be near a tabacchi and a grocery store with another tramline. Also we could walk to navigli in 15 minutes and probably the same amount of time to the duomo ☺️☺️ all of the locals were really friendly and easy to communicate with, they shared their favorite restaurants with us and we can easily agree with them, one of the pizza restaurants in navigli were really good berbère I think it’s called and if you go to Brera there’s a place called kaimano which was really great as well.

The air condition was not working the first day or two, but we teamed up with the nice staff and made it work.

Thank you so much We travelled from Paris to Milan by train and we had to be at our accommodation that we originally booked by a certain time however their reception is no where near the apartment we booke, so we didn't make it to pick up the key and they wouldn't wait for us to come get it or drop it off, so while we were frustrated with the whole situation I found this place, called them to see if they had room available and she was fantastic explained to me what to do and within 25mins we were being buzzed through the gate, the main front door and into our room. The room was so comfortable, bed and sofa was amazing to sleep on and soooooo clean you can see the pride they take to look after the property, added bonus to open the fridge and there was water for the 3 of us, thanks again Casa Suites

Property itself was spotless, really modern. walking distance to tube stations.

The check in process was difficult as they do it remotely. But got there in the end.

I would suggest that the TV should be mounted on the wall and not very close to the bed

The process after booking feels like a chore, instead of a relaxed experience and enjoying a holiday! Instead having to stop fill admin that normally a receptionist would do on arrival to make a pleasant and warm welcome. Customer service were really quite un-helpful and rude at times, yet the customer is paying to stay, it was quite un-usual. Trouble accessing the building meant standing in the street with 33degrees heat for 25 minutes after pulling a suitcase and needing to just sit and cool down. It’s such a shame because the room itself is nice but the whole booking experience, arrival and check out doesn’t match.
