Location was great for the price. Also, I was worried about the service from reading other reviews, but the girl at the check in was great and very polite. The hotel room was also clean and newly renovated. Loved the stay there.

The elevator is very small. We had to fold our stroller in order to take it inside the elevator. Don’t think it would fit a wheelchair. Also, the shower cabin was ok for me but coming from Canada, larger people would have a hard time fitting in there.

The location was perfect for exploring all of Milan, and the room was a good size with nice decor and comfy bed.

The bathroom is pretty small but useable for sure. My only disappointment was the lack of toiletries, there was only a bottle of liquid soap to use and when asked if there was any shampoo or conditioner was told no, which isn't ideal for a 4 star property.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, the shower was great and the AC was also quiet guaranteeing a good night sleep.

The elevators were horrible, tight, claustrophobic and all the stairs even in the lobby getting into the elevators were not suitable for anyone with walking limitations. This should be mentioned on the website. Booking should not advertise that this hotel has parking since parking is at a near-by, 150m-walk public parking garage at the cost of EUR 30 per day. This should be mentioned so it's not misleading that it's hotel parking.

Easy walking distance into Milan City center which was great. Lobby was very pretty. Rooms were small but nice and comfortable.

The front desk staff were not friendly - more coldly professional. Make sure you're clear on whether breakfast is included in your stay because its advertised as seemingly free in the room booklet but as we checked out we had a large bill to cover it.

The view from the room was exceptional especially at sunset you get a panoramic view of the street below and the skyscrapers in the near distance. The room was cleaned everyday and was very clean upon arrival. Smart tv was useful especially after long days from exploring the city so we could watch tv in English. 4 min walk to the nearest subway station which connects you to the train stations and other subway stations meaning it is very easy to get around the city of walking is not for you.

loved the hotel would say the lobby of the hotel is very outdated compared to the rooms which is very modern. This isn’t a dislike but rather personal preference and I understand the traditional Italian interior.

We booked this hotel late at night due to an emergency (we didn’t manage to get our rental car and had to stay in Milan for one night). Self check in after 10pm worked smoothly. The room was great and clean. We had a good night sleep and this was all we needed. Location is great next to a train station.

Location was great very close to the main attractions all walkable. Room was small but decent clean through. What I found a little weird that the window was so tiny. A little loud one night seem like someone was doing some work which woke me up a couple of time but it may be my fault as well as left the window open. Travelled as a female solo and I would say that it’s definitely a safe place. I would recommend and would stay again.

Dear admin, I was enjoying to stay in Mokinba hotel, where I feel comfortability and relaxing atmosphere. I would like to notice warm welcoming and greeting guest relation agent who is always ready to assist guests. Definitely I will come back there.

great location. you can walk or take metro and reach the most important locations. near train and metro station. hop on hop off stop infront of hotel. tram stop infront of hotel ( can be noisy for some people but we did not mind it ) lots of cafes and shops nearby spacious room for 3 persons

only downside is the air conditioning was not good enough. it was hot
