The room was clean, simple and well equipped, had a small kitchen, good to make breakfast. There was cleaning every day, towels were also changed daily. The hotel is in a quiet street with good transport connection to central station (10 mins ) or city center (15 mins). There is an Italian restaurant in the building and a really good Chinese restaurant on the other side of the street, convenient for dinner after a long day. Price was good compared to the city's prices. Recommended place to stay.

There was no radiator in the room, only in the bathroom, so it was bit cold in the room.

The room was very clean and the air conditioner was already on when we arrived which was a great surprise considering the Italian heat. The room got cleaned when we asked for it, there were lots of towels and a fridge which was super handy to put some water and snacks inside. Also there's a huge supermarket closeby which is open 24/7 which was handy as well. i felt like we were in a super local neighborhood as well with great authentic food options. I'd definitely go back, thank you for the great time!

There was only one plug near the beds but it was solveable with a multiple output adapter :)

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very well equipped, mini kitchen, refrigerator. microwave oven, dishes and everything necessary. Perfect air conditioning in the living room. The elevator was a big plus for my pregnant friend. The bathroom was perfectly equipped, clean, everything was great. The hotel has a great restaurant right next door with amazing food. The pizza was perfect, the staff nice and the prices surprisingly very low.

An incredibly narrow alley leads to the parking area, you have to lower the rear-view mirrors, but you can drive through.

+ AIRCONDITIONED ROOM, loved it + comfortable beds + daily cleaning, towels changed every day + kind staff, they even let us enter our room 3 hours before the official check-in + price pp per night + well equipped + well located (in the backyard, not right opposite the noisy street)

- room could have been a bit bigger - fridge couldve been less freezing (weve had it on the highest degree and still everything weve put out of there was literaly frozen)

The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for our vacation. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is friendly and ready to help in any situation. The location is convenient, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport.

There is absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms.

Overall it isnt a bad experience at all. No regrets. Price is good, room has a small kitchenette . Locaton: near carrefour and tram stop, also métro isn't that far. Early check-in Some rooms are better then others like 221 is more dated, and 314 has a big private terrace. Helpful cleaning ladies

Outdated room in look and feel ( some more than others ). bed covers makes a difference in the way things look. No kettle, and no garbage bin in the room except for the kitchenette . Tv only in Italian.

Self contained room with a small kitchen, fridge, and utensils. I walked from the metro station, but there seems to be enough trams and buses near by for accessing the rest of the city. Plenty of supermarkets in the area. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk to some nice bars and restaurants as well. It was a quieter part of town and I didn't see many other travellers or obvious tourists in the area.

The air conditioner was a bit loud, wifi connection not the strongest, otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again if visiting Milan and looking for reasonably priced accommodation.

this residence exceeded my expectations. the receptionist is very gentile, he helped us and took his time explaining to us all the features of the place. room was not small at all. the small kitchenette was really nice. the location for us was perfect . the parking space helped alot. eventhough when i called before coming they said that no parking space available. but once we arrived the receptionist gave us a parking spot and seems there were several available spots as well

Nice place, close to city centre, good communication in all directions. There was a small kitchen with a fridge so we could make our own meals. There is a table to seat and eat. The bed is big and comfortable.

The room is not muted well, and the noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms are audible as if someone were standing next to you. Luckily, we didn't have any loud neighbours. A small iron would also be a nice to have in room

It had a bath! There was a compact kitchenette so we could store food in the fridge and cook pasta on the hob. There were all the things we needed in the cupboard and we enjoyed our brief stay. It was quite close to a big Carrefour supermarket and a McDonald's which was useful on the way to one of the Metro stations. There was a lift available.

Not much! There is a short walk from the Reception of the building out the back to the accommodation which might have been more of an issue if it was raining or you have a lot of luggage but it was fine for us.
