Very nice, clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities. Very nice welcome coffee, jams, cereal, bread sticks. Super convenient big grocery store right beside the apartment. TV in living and bedroom. Comfortable couch which can be folded down flat. Patio is small but nice to sit and have coffee (be sure to turn off the AC before so that there is no fan blowing on you, and it will be a hot patio in the summer - southern exposure). Loved the auto window blinds for light and heat control. Reception was helpful and easy. Close to metro and buses and cool areas are walkable.

Minor stuff. Lacked clothes-washer and dishwasher soap. AC was great in the living room but have to keep bedroom door open to cool down the bedroom. No problem.

The apartment is well-equipped with all the needed accessories. The owner also provides welcome drinks and breakfast pastes, milk, and juice for the first day. The a/c works without any issues. The shower is equipped with soap and shampoo. If you drive, there are lots of parking options around. There is a 24/7 supermarket just next to the apartment's building.

Some of the reviews mention that the surrounding area is not so safe at night. Well, there is nothing to worry about as I haven't noticed any problem.

The manager is a gentleman, goes out of his way to be super helpful with anything. Thank you. This was an expensive week to stay in Milan, Fashion week, UCL football and a top gig at the Alcatraz. Demand was high, the area surrounding the Apartments can be 'interesting' but it is perfect for events at the Alcatraz, literally a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean and the kitchen facilities were perfect for a cosy 2 night stay along with a welcome pack that includes more than enough basics, I didn't use public transport as I hired a car but it was easy enough to park outside and the property does offer extra secure parking for a fee. There is a fabulous Carrefour supermarket across the road so you can get everything you may need during your stay. There is satellite TV in the room though I didn't use either the TV in the lounge or the bedroom so don't know what channels are available. Quality towels and toiletries

My room was next to the main road and there was traffic noise however the provided ear plugs were useful so my sleep wasn't disturbed.

The apartment was very clean and had a lot of space. We were 3 people even though the apartment had 5 beds so it was a big bonus for us. We usually made breakfast at the apartment and you had all the necessary things to make whatever you wanted. Also there was a 24h carefour two minutes away from the apartment. There was a lot of free stuff that the owner left us like coffee, tea, breakfast food (nutella, jams, crackers), water, juice boxes. Worth the price we paid. The location wasn't too bad, the metro was at 4 or 5 minutes away with which you could directly go to the Duomo. At 10 minutes walking distance there was an area filled with amazing restaurants and bars.

The apartment was the number 3. Beautiful, two televisions, a kitchen, all the necessary tools for cooking. The bathroom was ok. The apartment has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet, although the neighborhood seems to be a bit unsafe, we had no problems related to safety. The metro station is just 4 mins walk (M3). In front of the building there is a 24-hours Carrefour supermarket.

There is no daily cleaning.

1. Excellent apartment - kitchenette + hall + bedroom + toilette. 2. Very well stocked kitchenette for coffee and light snacks. Very well stocked toiletries. 3. Gentleman on the reception very cooperative. 4. Option to leave luggage at the reception at checking out (usually not an option with Airbnbs). 5. 24x7 Carrefour next door. 6. Metro (M3) and tram stops (line 2, 4) a hop away.

The extra charges of Euro 20 per night for sofa bed and 10 per night for babycot :) were slightly on the higher side. But, again very well setup before arrival.

Amazing location, 24/hr shop opposite, 2 metro stations within a 5 minute walk which can take you to the centre or to the san siro. Train station a 30 minute walk. Room was really nice, very big, comfy and Gianluca was very helpful if we needed him for anything.

Outside the 24/hr shop a lot of people drink in the car park and hang around, wearing hoodies . People could feel unsafe if they were on their own.

The apartment itself was great. Very new, clean and comfortable. Close to 24/7 supermarket and near a metro line. Definitely worth the price

We were traveling with toddlers and were a bit annoyed by the fact that there was no stroller accesible way in to the building, just one with some stairs. There was also no option for a crib , which seems like a bit of an oversight, since they don't cost that much and it would be easy for them to have one just in case. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but the apartment itself is in a well lit area next to a huge supermarket that's open 24/7

Very welcoming space that was very accommodating. Two TVs with full Sky, excellent shower, comfortable bed. We fell ill on our first day so spent the entire day in the room and this more than accommodated for our needs. The water and juice in the fridge were a nice touch.

Some parts of the room (such as the bottom of walls and corners) were damaged, which was the only minor drawback.

All was perfect. The apartment is newly renovated, all comforts are there, the staff is gentle and professional, many amenities are avaiable. All in all an excellent stay

The only caution is that the building is not the greatest and around it in the evening one has to be careful. Of course is nothing that the owner can do about it
