The location of the hotel was excellent being just a few steps away from Zara Metro Station. This made it very easy to get into the main area. The room inc. the bathroom was clean and modern looking which suits my taste. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a good nights rest. The staff here are so nice! I asked if I could use an iron, so they gave me one. Only thing is it kept blowing the circuit breaker for my room only. It did it twice so I had to stop using it. When I came back later on they actually bought a brand new one! And a good one at that! I was touched and impressed. I could now go out without a crease in my clothes lol. One thing to note is that the breakfast is provided free of charge. They had a good selection of pastries (my fav) and served continental breakfast. I didn't need to eat again till dinner. On the TV they had YouTube which, for me as a content creator is a definite plus. If I am ever here in Milan again I would not hesistate to come back here to Hotel Zara Milan.

The bedroom was gorgeous and the back garden area was beautiful. Our bathroom was beautiful too! Both room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. It is super close to a metro stop in a quiet and pretty area but also really close to the center if you hop on the metro! It's a great in-between place for anyone wanting to stay in Milan without the crowds and noise when you want to wind down. Highly recommend! The staff is also lovely and the bed is comfy!

Not a lot of cons, if any. Only thing to keep in mind if you are gluten free (there was a lot of hype for the gluten free breakfast) - mention in your reservation that you need it! The older reviews stated it was included but it actually needs to be requested ahead of time. There wasn't anything saying we needed to request when booking so there weren't a lot of options for me. They DO have it, and the breakfast spread is great for non-GF, but just make sure to request.

The location is good. 4 metro stops from the Duomo. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the metro. There are many restaurants nearby where you can dine even late at night. Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff was friendly

The bed was not very comfortable. Pillows are quite firm. There is drinking water in the mini bar - 1 bottle of carbonated water and one bottle of natural water. The first day I drank one bottle, but the next day after cleaning the room, the mini bar was not filled with a new one. Water is paid for anyway and they should be putting in new ones every day. Breakfast was satisfactory but no choice of eggs - only boiled.

Great location right next to the Metro and a very easy 12 minute walk to Piazza Gae Aulenti and parks. Comfy bed, very warm and powerful shower, and room was clean. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating to the fact I only know a couple of words in Italian. I didn’t catch name of the member of staff who checked me in but she was super upbeat and friendly, and took her time to recommend places to me for my first night in Milan.

I was in a ground floor room near reception which was very noisy, both from reception and neighbouring rooms. Thankfully I bring ear plugs everywhere with me which were good enough to silence the noise. Room wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after stated check-in time however the lady on reception very kindly spent the time writing some recommendations for places to visit in Milan.

The room was modern and spotlessly clean, the Zara metro station was also only a 30 second walk from the hotel which was great for travelling around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, we’d like to give a special mention to the lady who ran the breakfast, she was great!

There was a little bit of noise during the night from the trams which run on the line outside the hotel, other than that our stay was perfect.

Location was convenient to Milano Centrale, 12 euros in a taxi. Breakfast had an excellent choice of freshly made foods, cereals and pastries. The man working in the restaurant had a very positive vibe and provided a great service, was a great experience.

A simple hotel equipped with everything you need to explore Milan. The location is great - not far away from the central train station. The city centre can be reached easily by metro or bus. A great quality / price ratio.

There were some issues with the shower stand in the bathroom, which was broken, but apart from that I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Milan - especially as a solo traveller.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, near the metro station and easy to reach. With a beautiful and comfortable room and dito bathroom. And a fantastic breakfast. During the night quiet and peaceful

the beds are of good quality, but a bit to hard for us. A thicker pillow would have been more fitted. Sleeping next to the stairs to the dining room for breakfast means you wake up early by hearing all those foodsteps. The tram passing buy every half hour in the morning was also loud and clear.

Excellent room with high standard of cleanliness, comfortable bed and large well equipped bathroom. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast plentiful and delicious.

The only thing was the disturbance from noisy guests on the floor above us - this went on for hours (shouting, banging, thudding). It wasn't the hotels fault but it did spoil our 2nd night.

Reception gave super service with a happy heart. He helped us park all cars cheerfully. Made us feel very welcome. Small hotel but has elevator and air conditioning. Enough electric outlets. Everything was clean. Surroundings are green. Just a few hundred meters from the forest building and good restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Wifi is working well. Value for money. Highly recommended.
