Very reasonable price and Clean environment. Very clean place, friendly staff. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. More than enough free parking.

If you are alone and if you have to leave the hotel to get something you need to keep your mobile phone with you because after 11.30pm the staff leave and the door gets locked you can only open it from the inside not from outside.

I liked that the receptionist to welcome us was a Ukrainian man, he was friendly and accommodating, he was going out of his way to make us feel welcome. There is a variety of nice cheap restaurants nearby which gave an authentic Roman feel and police cars were parked nearby supervising against the crime.

I was handed remote control for the telly but it did not work. The property claimed it provided parking but it was the street parking in front of the hotel which was full so I parked in the side street, luckily all was alright in the morning. The female receptionist in the morning demanded that I pay additional EUR 10 for the room which obviously was not right.

A fresh, light breakfast after a relaxing sleep in a comfortable bed. From the hotel you can drive relatively close to the Punta Fusina ferry station, from where you can easily go Venice.

Confortable room. Clean. Parking space in front of the Hotel. Good breakfast. Good price for stay.

Nothing. It was the most unpleasant hotel of my life and I'm an IT consultant so I travel a bit. It was not bad, was a little worst. The only positive thing is that the parking space was truly free.

Our bedroom (112) was without Wi-Fi. I explained the issue to a man called Marco and he invited me to “use the Wi-Fi in the corridor”. I explained that it was a little more complicated than that: my phone needed to update pictures to the iCloud during the night. After insisting that the issue had to be solved he gave us a new room complaining that it was our fault that we “made de room dirty” and that we “did not pay for the Wi-Fi but is only a free service”. After some further extremely rude comments I breathed and explained to him that if it wasn't for the parking and the free Wifi I would not have booked the hotel. All the rest was more or less decent for the price but the treatment was poor. The most annoying thing is that while I booked a bedroom with 3 single beds I had to sleep in a quiet uncomfortable sofa bed or something that whatever it was it was not a normal bed and my 2 friends had to sleep in a double bed. In all this, Marco did not even apologise or I would not be writing this review.

Absolutely nothing.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we entered the 'hotel' we waited for the receptionist for 15 minutes, when he finally appeared he was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant... the first room we got, we had to change it to his great annoyance because the room was not had basic elements such as internet, small space, old furniture. We were forced to exchange another room which was an absolute disaster since it was already late and we were traveling with a child and we could not look for another hotel. Our further stay provided us with new inconveniences in we found live and dead insects in the room and the bathroom, the windows almost fell into the room, the bedding was dirty, the walls were also dirty, the door to the room could not be locked, the room was supposed to be a triple room but the third bed was very inadequate and uncomfortable for sleeping. The dirt was visible in the entire building. The pictures from the Internet are not adequate to the real condition. Since we only slept for 2 hours in the morning, when we went for breakfast, we were greeted by an unpleasant situation, because the breakfast was very poor.
