The staff is wonderful. Very attentive, gave our son some toys to play with. The view from the room is exceptional. The room is spacious.

It's a very minor comment but some toiletries would be nice. We didn't bring any shampoos/shower gels etc with us because we are so used to BNBs always having them, so this was an unpleasant surprise to discover there is only handsoap available. Also, it's just a comment for visitors, but beware that there is no parking at the property. It's not by the fault of the owners of course, so just an FYI point.

What a wonderful stay!! The view is magnificent and the vibe there is very relaxt. Pablo is a sympathetic host, who helped us great with finding a good spot to park the car, he even helped us carrying our heavy luggage. Our place was very spacious, and our balcony is really one of the finest spots i've ever had. Here you don't need much when you have good companionship, a good bottle of wine and some antipasta. There are some places around you can visit and the butchery up the hill (5 min walk, called Macelleria Donegana) is wonderfull, it has great meat, cheeses and wine. It is nice to have your own kitchen because there are only a few of restaurants closeby. The breakfast was really nice abd more then enough. I could highly recommend this place if you love the idyllic getaway vibe.

Softer beds could increase the comfort for us.

Breathtaking views and service that went above and beyond. Every need was attended to, including those we didn’t know about, like getting to the boat on time and navigating parking. Breakfast was great, and we loved the swing and the vintage items in the apartment. Bathroom was also lovely-pictures of the entire property don’t do it Justice.

Beds and pillows were not super comfortable, and be prepared for no AC. That said, enjoying the open windows and doors and bringing in the lake was an experience. Also didn’t know that you cannot drive to the property, which added to its charm.

The location is not easy to find, but the management was very good in getting us to the right area and location. The breakfast was great and free. You will not find find a better place to stay at Lake Como. The price was great, but you are very limited on places to eat from this location because if you leave your parking spot you may not get it back that night.

Nearby restaurants are not really nearby. Parking is 1/3 of a mile from the actual B&B, but the owner helps with luggage.

The location is just wonderful - the lake views are magnificent! You just can sit and relax, enjoy you time. :) The room / space that we had was big, clean and comfortable. Fabio also prepared continental breakfast that was a big plus to start the day, it was also great and filling. :) We will consider for the future returns. :) Thank you!

Just small add would need: information provided and more specific details of directions to the property if you taking public transport like bus, as it takes time to understand yourself were property is and how is the easiest to reach it by yourself.

The host and owner Fabio was extremely accommodating from start to finish. The view from the rooms was amazing. The gardens and breakfast area was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfy and the breakfast and setting was the perfect start to the day. As good as the pictures are you have to see this place to really appreciate it.

The shared bathroom did not bother us as there are only ever two bookings at one time. We had our own toilet and we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The stairs to and from the property are a good bit of exercise and you will be well rewarded with the view of the lake once you reach your room!

The entire property is just stunning. Feels like it’s out of a fairytale. The area that it is in is so quiet and peaceful in the best ways possible. A car is pretty much necessary for staying here, but the drive to Como is quick and you can drive to a nearby boat stop to get to Bellagio. The host is the kindest person, helped us with all of our bags and was just super lovely all around. 10/10 recommend this place!

It did get a little hot during the day/night

Fabio our host was outstanding.Helping us with our luggage, organising dinner reservations, making lovely breakfasts and amazing coffee, picking us up from dinner and driving us to the train station. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is beautifully maintained with amazing views over Lake Como. Very peaceful and quiet.

Great location away from the busy streets. The view from the balcony is amazing! :) Our rooms were stylish, clean and spacious, we even had our own kitchen. The bathroom is shared but there‘s only one more flat so that wasn‘t a problem at all. Fabio was a great host, easy to contact, he showed us where to park upon arrival and helped us with the luggage. Be aware that the streets are very narrow (actually all around Lago di Como). Breakfast was served in the garden, so lovely and was delicious. We got many advices what to do around Lago di Como. The bus stops is around the corner, the next ferry stop about 20 min walk. We loved our stay so much and would come back any time! :)

Everything was perfect!

The view from the front balcony of Lake Como is beautiful. The breakfast featured fresh croissants and pastries plus excellent granola, yogurt, juice and coffee. Fabio an his wife were warm and friendly hosts.

The location does require climbing quite a few steps up and down to the streets above and below. We enjoyed the exercise but this could be a concern for some.
