Massimo is a great host and a proud Italian (definitely with his coffees)! He gave a lot of tips and even printed out a map for us. The b&b is very clean and a beautifully renovated house in the old town of Monopoli. Everything is within walkable distance but still the b&b is located in a very quiet street. The breakfast is also very tasty with enough choice for everyone. The doors were locked with codes instead of keys which is a big plus if you are planning to visit some beaches in the neighborhood. Helpful directions to find the B&B and a simple code entry system that meant we had no keys to carry around. The breakfast was excellent and the host Massimo was very helpful and obliging. There was a beautiful roof terrace with comfortable seating and shade. The location was fantastic and the property spotless. My husband was ill on our last day and Massimo allowed us to use the facilities long after our checkout time and he arranged transport to take us to the train station. Grazie mille Massimo.

Everything was just perfect! Well located in the city centre, the staff was so nice, everything was well organised, the room was very clean, breakfast perfect… I wish I could live there. ;-) Thank you so much, I had a great time and will always remember and recommend to everyone I know!!

The friendly reception, great coffee and breakfast. Room very clean, really good ac unit. Great location and lovely roof terrace. All facilities we needed. Being a small place everyone was friendly.

Breakfast is outside the place in neareast possible bar. Place is super cool and I would strongly recommend it. For the price it's in great location with perfect conditions. Bathroom is clean, there is everything you need inside. Place is not among quietest, but this is Italy after all, people do express themselves loudly :)

Beds could be a little bit bigger for a single bed, but this is definitely NOT a complain.

Great location, right in old town. There is no better location than to be at old town. The check-in is easy, all done with codes. Also there is automatic doors so you don’t need keys. Great breakfast with amazing food and drinks.

The room looked incredibly nice and super well maintained. The person that greet us was really nice, helpful and welcoming. The place is historic and well equipped. Our stay was incredibly good at this property. Would definitely choose again.

Everything was perfect

The location was great. There are many options to eat and drink nearby. It was a nice experience to stay at a typical Italian house and historical area.

The breakfast was satisfying, but it would be nice to taste italian olives and tomatoes as well.
