The breakfast staff, breakfast and room we’re a nice way to start your day. The facilities were clean and quiet. Thebes was comfortable.

Better description than “free parking nearby”; given that it is in the historic district the parking is outside and up a hill. it is not monitored parking. Anyone who has difficulty walking should ask about transport. Our current hotel had secured parking and a transport to historic district. I also thought the room was small given the description. No place to sit but the bed, so look at upgrade options .

Located in one of the main squares in the old town, this central location has everything within easy strolling distance. Lovely buffet breakfast and a decent restaurant with outdoor seating. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel beautifully decorated with art to enhance its charming historic design. While we didn’t have a view over the square which would have been lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. And let’s face it, you don’t go to Monopoli to stare out of your bedroom window! There is little to no parking in the old town and while free parking is available it is quite a walk away, however the hotel provide a free tuktuk service at check in/out which really helps.

My only request would have been outside seating available for breakfast. We did use the restaurant tables one day but were told the next day we had to eat inside. Mind you, it was very hot even in the morning!

The rooms were spacious and super clean. The hotel is beautifully furnished, staff communicated well in English and were very welcoming and accommodating. When we mentioned some things that needed to be fixed in the room, the receptionist immediately took note which we appreciated alot. Centrally located in a beautiful square with a nice vibe for a weekend getaway

The. Breakfast could have had a better variation of hot items, however having the opportunity to have the eggs any way we wanted to was a plus and the flavours were great. The only negative thing about them was that the breakfast lady only had one hot plate and the service was a bit slow. Not many charging points in the room...better to take an extension:)

We loved the location of Palazzo Indelli. It is situated directly on the main piazza. Where you will find restaurants, bars, gelateria's right at your door step. We loved our evening drinks in the lobby bar. Massimiliano was an amazing bartender. his Violetta was the best drink I've ever had. The breakfast was perfect. The employees at the front desk were always there to help. I would definitely come back to Palazzo Indelli

We had the most amazing stay at Palazzo Indelli. The location is incredible, right outside a gorgeous piazza filled with great restaurants, little boutique and spots for gelato. Walking distance to the station which was so convenient. Fantastic tuktuk service and driver who picked us up from the train station with our luggage. Reception staff were so helpful also. Will definitely be back!

The location was amazing. Close to everything and right in the square. The help I received both before I arrived and while I was there was fantastic. Both the man (Franco, I think) and woman (Marilena, I think) I dealt with at reception were so helpful getting me picked up from the bus stop and also helping me sort information on how to get to Alberobello.

Nice location in the center of the historical city, but walking distance from the station (15 minutes) and the new city (5 mins). Large room, with comfortable bed and view on the piazza. Good breakfast.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant and bar was delicious. Eli at reception was amazing and gave great recommendations! Loved having a tuk tuk to be able to meet us where we parked and drive us and our bags to the hotel and back. Would return and recommend!!

The location was excellent, in the old town on Garibaldi square. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the square. Very easy to walk and explore the old town from the hotel.

The room was a bit bland, overall theme could have been better. As a solo traveller the room was fine, would have been small for 2 people.

Music from the town center. One night it went on well after midnight, a constant boom boom boom which was very difficult to sleep through. Happy to accept music, but well after midnight is hard to accept.
