The hotel exceeded our expectations with exceptional cleanliness and orderliness. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and sincere. The restaurant served dishes worthy of a Michelin star - delicious, authentic, and memorable. I highly recommend opting for the Half Board option as it provides a new culinary experience every evening, leaving a lasting impression on your taste buds. The hotel also has a cozy bar offering affordable cocktails, and upon returning late from a trip, the bartender poured a glass of grappa for a good night's sleep :) A special thanks to Stefano, who has become like a friend to us and saved hungry tourists who arrived late to the restaurant :)

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, the beds where comfortable. Location was not too touristy and was in a quite part of the town a short walk from great restaurants and train station. The breakfast buffet was continental and had a good selection, dinner in the restaurant of hotel boston opposite side of the road was good due to our tiredness could not have the full three courses that was offered. the atmosphere was a friendly and happy place to work for the staff and this made the stay enjoyable

more power points that are separate from light switch which would allow uk plugs with adapters to work, and a waste bin in the bedroom

We had room 115 that features a large terrace overlooking a park. The whole staff were very helpful, guided our visits and helped with everything.

The pool was in a separate building and did not accept the use of hotel towels, but we had no other towels.

Great staff and excellent location to explore Montecatini. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower is a little small, but had good water pressure. The location was excellent and easy to get to the center of town. The included breakfast was plentiful with many choices. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the center, train station. The breakfast was good, excellent coffee at breakfast.

Limited parking places, but we always found a parking place close to the hotel. We haven't enough time to go to the pool.

Not too far from the station. Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. We were half board, and the evening meals were great for trying néw things. Four courses were too much for us, you order your main meal each morning at breakfast

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast included a large variety of food. The Staff of the hotel was very pleasant and very helpfull when we had different request! It was a very nice stay!

In the early morning I woke up because I heard people speaking from the road. The rest of the time it was quite silently though. It was just for a few moments.

Great rooms, spacious and very nice beds. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the reception to the breakfast .

Nice hotel located close to the city center and the thermal baths; very nice breakfast; the rooftop pool in the building nearby is great, with hot water and panoramic views; good value for money

We had rooms with balconies which was lovely. However, the local bars were very noisy across the street.
