For our goal to stay close to Terme Redi and Tettuccio Water Park the location was perfect. Everything around was safe and in walking distance. The rooms are decent size by European standard. A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. But the most impressive is the team. It’s a family-like atmosphere and staff goes above and beyond to make your stay problem-free and taken care of. They are kind and funny and easy-going.

It can get a little updating in the rooms, additional hooks in the bathrooms. For those staying for a few days breakfast is a decent conventional type, but for two weeks it’s a little boring. But everything was fresh. Proximity to school makes it noisy in the morning so I would recommend room facing backyard.

Central location. 10 min walk from train/bus station. 10 mins from Tettuccio Terme which is definitely worth a visit. Funicular 5 mins on from that. Very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms and common areas spotlessly clean. Lovely pool and big spa jacuzzi. Air con and mini fridge in room a bonus.

No umbrellas around the pool area. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a lovely addition.

We travelled with a dog, Emi, and the staff Ilenia was great in taking good care of her at breakfast, bringing her water and ham, and providing us with a table outside near the pool. The location was great, near all the interesting sights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark at night. It was nice to have a swimming pool and a warm water jet pool included in the price. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

The temperature of the air conditioner was hard to control. It was too cold and would not respond to our attempts to increase the temperature.

Everything. Very nice and modern hotel. Italian elegance. The room (3rd floor) was recently renovated. Very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Nice balcony with a view. Good swimming pool. Quite close to the city center.

Parking is not necessary to arrange as one can park around parking (200m from the hotel) for free.

It’s in an amazing location, near theatres and the train station. Very clean facility, the breakfast is delicious with genuine Italian taste. All the staff are very polite and attentive to details. A special thank you to Antonio, the hotel night manager who was always polite and courteous with me, and Sara who went above and beyond to guide me and provide me with all the support to have a marvellous stay in the hotel and an unforgettable experience in Montecatini.

The view from our balcony was great. The room was spacious with a lot of storage space. Great hotel for its value. The breakfast was decent. The room got cleaned every day.

The indoor pool is not included in the room cost at winter time (so read the fine print when you book the room). Also some of the staff were a bit unfriendly.

I had a lovely 2 nights stay on my trip around Tuscany. I certainly did pick the right hotel for relaxing. Great facilities with a Spa and treatment room. The swimming pool had lovely sun lounges with a hood canopy attached. and was beside the Spa. It was really relaxing. There was a very big lounge at the front of hotel for relaxing too with a bar. The breakfast was very good too and one could make their own juice from the fruit and vegetables on the table. Pancake and scrambled eggs with bacon and not forgetting all the lovely cakes !!! My room was on the second floor and had lovely matching furniture with a door opening out to a small balcony with 2 chairs. Great location to the main square and shopping area with the Theatre there also.

There was nothing I didn't like. The hotel did go the extra mile to make one enjoy their stay. I

The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The hotel is overall good with a nice pool/wellness part and a good value for money restaurant. The room is large enough and the bathroom completely renovated. It's a quiet city. We only stayed for a night. You can park your car in a secured parking lot about 200m from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel set in an amazing location. The hotel had excellent facilities and the staff were very helpful. The place has great character and such a breath of fresh air compared to the usual chain type hotel. Would definately return in the future.

Everything. Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff etc. This was my second stay in this hotel. All the staff are amazing. Unfortunately I cannot remember all the names, but in time, my big thank to Sara, Antonio, Albert, Elenia and all the pleasant people that are part of the team of the hotel.
