Breakfast was satisfying. Good selection of sweet, savoury foods, cereal, yoghurt, fruits, breads, bacon, eggs, pastries pancakes machine was a bonus! Coffee was good and the outside patio with cushioned sofas and umbrellas was the perfect spot to have a cup in the morning Location to the town of Montecatini was ideal and made eating out and exploring very accessible Staff were great and answered all of our questions- recommendation of food places, free parking on roof, free use of bikes and access to nearby gym- exceeded our expectations.

Great location for exploring this area of Tuscany, and walking distance into town for a good selection of restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Breakfast was very good, but you had to avoid the tour groups as it was a bit of a bun fight, don't go down for breakfast to early! The hotel also had a washing machine and dryer.

Location was great 👍 ..Big all you can eat breakfast. Eggs , bacon , meats, cheeses, breads, sweet breads, fruits, coffee, juices, water..They also have dinner very good a new menu every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and Sarah helped us with more local places to visit..Front desk all of them were nice and helped us with what ever we needed. Lucca was great. Nice young lady helped us alot.. her name I can't remember but she was sweet. .. Great budget hotel...

The bed was a little firm..

Everything was more than good. From our first step in until our checked out we felt welcome and that someone would take care of us. Guys at front desk ,guys in restaurant ,mades in the rooms, all of them are more than 5 star staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

All staff was wonderful. Very helpful I loved breakfast buffet great selections. Dinner was great and everyday a new menu. The staff was very good at restaurant too...Prices were very reasonable. Good wine selection.

Not much ...Just the bed was a little firm for me.. Thats it ...Everything was great...

Kind and helpful hotel stuff. Ok breakfast. Hotel is near bus and train station (100m), from where you have good connection to other cities (Pisa, Lucca, Firenze). Near the hotel there is a free parking for your car.

In the room was to cold because air conditioner. You cannot regulate by yourself. So we must to call reception to turn it off.

Clean and comfort. Grest location. Nice restaurant with good choices of breakfast, especially their hospitality.

The shower room is too small 😴 Front desk staff should be a little more polite and kind.

Very Clean with comfy beds. Good location. Good breakfast selection.

Slightly grumpy reception staff. Finally got a smile as we were leaving.

Perfect location, easy walk to train station. Amazing responsive staff - front desk, housekeeping, restaurant. Room immaculate.

Not one thing to be less than a 10.

The location is great, the train station is 200 m, the center also. The staff is very kind, the rooms are modern, beautiful. The hotel have parking space.
