The size of the room exceeded our expectations and had a good size balcony with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and Montecatini Alto. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a great size fridge in the room. All staff were so helpful and friendly. They provided great local and travel advice and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choice was really good with a great range of cereals and hot and cold buffets. The selection of local artisan bread and cheeses was a great bonus. The dining room was also spotless. We had an evening meal on our first night and we found the menu to be excellent, the food was of very high quality and the prices were very reasonable. The outdoor pool looked great but the weather was just too cold to try it. The location is only a couple of minutes walk from the funicular to Montecatini Alto and 10 mintues walk from the local park and Terme Tettuccio (a must see but check opening times - we were very lucky to enter on our last day) and 15 minutes from the town centre. All really nice walking through the park.

It is difficult to mention anything bad about this hotel as we loved it. If we were going to be really fussy it would be that our visit coincided with some exceptionally cold weather for the time of year, which followed a very warm spell so the dining room was a little cold. However, that did not spoil our stay one bit and it just coincided with large temperature jumps in a very short time.

Large spacious and modern room - very comfortable bed. Breakfast had good choice. Good sized pool. Staff friendly. Nice 15 minute walk in to town and Montecatini a pretty place to relax.

Balcony floor could do with updating. Although room such as bathroom and surfaces very clean our suitcase was covered in dust from being placed on floor in corner of room. Needed more sun beds around pool as at weekend unable to get any thanks to selfish few who put their towels on sun beds at breakfast but did not use them until mid afternoon - this should be monitored.

We were allocated a room on the third floor overlooking the pool, however as you looked to the left from the good sized balcony, you had the most spectacular, unspoilt view of Montecatini Alto - truly breath-taking! The room was very large and had a great shower with lovely L'Occtaine toiletries and good powerful hairdryer. There was plenty of storage in the room as well as a safe and mini fridge. The bed was a little too firm for me however the air con was great and was much needed in 39 degree heat. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh linen and you could get fresh towels every day but we were happy to go with hotel advice and reuse a few times. The pool area was so peaceful and tranquil, again with magnificent views all around and the area was cleaned every morning. There were also lovely shaded seating areas dotted round the front of the hotel were you could relax with a cold beer. The breakfast area was either inside or outside and the food was very fresh and plentiful - cheese, meats, tomatoes, pastries, jam/honey, cereals, bacon, eggs, beans....huge choice and a great start to the day sitting outside with a very good cup of Italian coffee. The staff (in particular the breakfast staff and the young lady at the bar) were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is probably in need of a slight upgrade at reception as it felt a bit old and tired. As with most lifts in older Italian hotels, they were very small and it was a push to get 2 cases as well as 2 people inside. It would have been good to have some padding on the sunbeds as just a towel on the hard plastic was a bit uncomfortable. Also a ramp for cases would have been an easier option at the front door rather than trying to lift 20kg up 5 steps in the sweltering heat.

The room was exceptionally clean (and cleaned every day)and the cleaner was very friendly. It was perhaps a bit small but the balcony was big and the bathroom was beautiful. We loved the fact that dogs were allowed and that they didn’t hand you a list of rules what you were not allowed to do. Our dog felt very welcome. ☺️ The breakfast was really amazing. A lovely fresh buffet catering for all tastes. The waiters were super friendly and always took time to greet us personally and share a few words, however many other guests there were. The pool was beautiful and clean and mostly empty as most guests were out sightseeing. The only negative thing was that there wasn’t enough shade... The garden was beautiful and the lounge area outside super comfortable with sofas and comfortable armchairs. The lobby was stylish with black leather sofas and exclusive accessories. Even a grand piano! The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very nicely decorated and beautiful smelling aromatherapy oils were obviously used. Even the gym smelled fresh!

The walls to the neighbouring rooms were a bit thin and you could hear the neighbours showering at 3 am. If they had had mosquito nets on the windows one wouldn’t have needed to use the air conditioning at night. The room was a bit small, but we had chosen an economy one so can’t really complain. There wasn’t enough shade around the pool: only one umbrella and one tree. There should definitely be more umbrellas for people to lie on the deckchairs without getting burnt. We didn’t like the fact that the water in the minibar cost 2.50€ for a small bottle and they kept bringing more even though we weren’t drinking it.

Room was comfortable and the view of Montecattini Alto was stunning. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from the centre and 25 from the train station. It's a pleasant walk along a boulevard through the park but it is slightly up hill on return. Really easy to get to the Aurostrada by car so you can explore the area. The Funicular upto Montecattini Alro is a short 5 mins walk round the corner & well worth taking the trip up for €1.50 each way. We had hired a car so parked in the small carpark across the road next to the tennis courts which was really convenient, although there was lots of on street parking available again. Hotel was very clean in the room & the communal areas, the decor is traditional in places with a twist of modern. The breakfast selection was great, there was full english, bread, pastries, fruit, cheese, meats and cereal. There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside & out. Hotel staff were all very friendly, the bar and reception are open 24hrs. Overall you can't go wrong if you stay here, it has everything you'd need, great value for money.

Bathroom a little small and there were no drawers in our room. Hotel bar has limited selection.

The location was lovely. The rooms have balconies which are very nice too. The breakfast was incredible best place we ate the whole time in Italy. We didn’t try the dinner at the restaurant as didn’t have time. The swimming pool was easy to access with comfortable loungers. The stag were really friendly to guests.

The swimming pool could have been slightly bigger, the receptionist did not check that we had paid already so tried to charge us again but after explaining for a few mins she agreed.

A very comfortable, clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location near Terme Park, just a few hundred meters from the cable car to Montecatini Alto and walking distance from the center. Spacious rooms with balcony and nice view, large bathroom, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, outdoor pool and indoor spa contribute to the quality. Free parking, very important. Definitely a good choice for a pleasant vacation in Montecatini Terme.

The breakfast had an assortment of mainly sweet pastries, a few breads and cereals, eggs and beans, cheese and ham, so it was a little lackluster on gluten-free and vegan options. The hotel is in a very quiet area outside the Montecatini Terme city centre so expect a 15 minute walk to get to restaurants, shops and train station, however it is close to the funicolare taking you to Montecatini Alto. Very friendly staff and hotel is clean.

The walls and doors are very thin so you can hear what is going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Everything. Breakfast was so much better than the pictures showed. Nice pool we did not use and nice breakfast area. Rooms just as ordered. Connecting rooms. Extra bed was forgotten but they brought it even though it was after 10pm when we checked in. They made a mistake asking to pay the Bill but we already paid via booking and this was no problem to correct the Bill.

Parking across the street with heavy lugage.

Penthouse suite was spacious and comfortable. The HVAC was fast at reaching desired temperature. The concierge and staff were fantastic. Located in a walkable city with train access and lots of restaurant options.

Slow elevator, and the spa is not year-round. Had to find that service elsewhere. There was a water leak in the ceiling in the room. I wished they had a "do not disturb" sign to use on the door.
