Boutique style hotel, very clean with contemporary feel.

Air conditioning in room was set too high and the room was too warm which impacted on sleep. I mentioned this to reception as we could not control to a personal level using the air conditioning unit in the room. Reception confirmed room temperature was set centrally and I requested for the temperature to be lowered which she agreed to do but this never happened. Not really good for a five star hotel.

The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets.

Nothing really, being picky the pool itself is due a refurbs as there were some mosaic tiles missing.

We really loved modern and luxury interior design with spa in the living room! The personel of the hotel is really kind, you feel like beiing home with friends. Especially Mr. Gaetano at the really good dinner and breakfast and Miss Nadiscia with her cocktails from another world! Best Mojito ever!

There are no smart TVs in the room, so no Netflix, Disney plus etc., just Italian programs you dont undersrand, so you should take google chromecast if you have one. Pricing of the dinner meals…be ready to pay about 100-150 euros per dinner for two adults and two kids, we did for 3 meals and drinks which is enough, no matter how good the food was.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. Amazing view from the rooftop pool, great rooms and the best restaurant in town. The staff is wonderful!!! Always helpful and smiling. Not because they are trained to, but because they like people at their hotel. During our stay the staff quickly became like family. We had great times with Nadisha by the pool and the restaurant manager was the best host you could ever wish for. To be honest we would come back just for the pleasure of meeting the staff again. I travel over 50 times a year for work, not always with my wife and this was by far the best experience with staff I have ever had… The restaurant features delicious classic Italian dishes in a quiet and nice environment. Again the staff will go out of their way to make it and experience to remember. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Immaculately clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and lovely rooftop pool, where Nadisha looked after everyone with drinks and snacks. Just a short five minute walk to the town centre and station, and ten minutes to the funicular railway to Montecatini Alto

The hotel was beautiful both inside and outside. Fabulous breakfast loads to choose from and great service from Gaetano and Nadisha. Room too was lovely, bright and exceptionally clean. The rooftop pool and bar area was terrific, amazing 360 views. We had a great stay, we would recommend it and return if we visit that area again.

The staff from the pool area to the front desk were so friendly and kind. We arrived tired. We had let them know we had bicycles in advance which they treated as no big deal and organised storing them no trouble. They were so welcoming and very professional. I was so impressed by the service given it is such a grand hotel. Thank you!

A modern stylish hotel with beautiful furnishings and a lovely breakfast room. I had a great room with a balcony looking out towards Montica teeny a little which was lovely for sitting for a quiet drink in the evening. A great rooftop bar and Paul extremely good breakfast
