Staff bubbled over with enthusiasm and helpfulness. I liked each and every one of them very much. Nice balcony. Very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable room.

It’s my own fault, but I didn’t realize that it’s not close to Montepulciano. Even though Booking.com lists the hotel in Montepulciano, it’s actually in a nearby town called Sant’ Albino. You have to have a car or take the bus to Montepulciano and the last bus leaves for Sant’ Albino at 7:30 pm. Though the room was comfortable, it was painted lilac and had an ugly painting on the wall.

We practically LOVED everything! If you read this comment don't think twice. Book a room at this fantastic hotel and thank me later! The hotel is a newly renovated building with spacious rooms. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony and a view of the valley. It was pristine clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located in a cute small village close to Montepulciano and Pienza (just a ten minute drive). Free parking at the property. A-list hosts! We were welcomed by the energetic, fun and cheerful Nicolo Whose contagious energy and joy, made our stay unforgettable. He and his lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He recommended good restaurants around to eat and nice hidden gems to visit around the village. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of savory and sweets. Looking forward to going back!

Amazing family owned hotel a short distance away from Montepulciano. The staff were super cheerful and looked very well after us, they really made our stay with their super friendly behaviour. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean with the housekeeping finishing everything quickly while we had our breakfast downstairs. Everything in the hotel is just compact and efficient, I felt absolutely no hassle at any of the touchpoints. Looking forward to come back. 🙂

We loved this Hotel. Niccolo ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) went all out to help us get around Montepulciano and its surroundings. He gave us so much information on what to do and where to eat. He was very friendly, and helpful. Overall the entire staff was awesome. Breakfast was to our taste, one of the best ones we had during our entire trip. And the attention by Niccolo and his brother Mateo was great. Truth be told, we slept great. Not sure if it was the Hot Springs we visited, but the rooms and beds were very comfortable. There were no rooms for 4 (to include my children) so we had to book 2 rooms, but prices were very reasonable and they were able to accommodate us side by side. The location is a bit out of Montepulciano, but since we rented a car, we had no issues. Grazie Niccolo!! We will definitely come back one day!

Check in was delightful and thorough and we were made to feel like valued and appreciated guests. Niccolò is an exceptional host, as is Matteo. We were given a map of the area pinpointing recommended sights and activities, and all the details of our room and the services on offer were explained. Our room, and in fact the entire hotel had a beautiful clean fragrance about it and our every request was catered to with the utmost enthusiasm and grace. Breakfast is a delicious affair, varied and very satisfying, and excellent coffee is freshly prepared upon request. Our bed was super comfy and we had a balcony with a view, blackout roller shutter, and an aircon along with all the other usual amenities. Our bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, luxurious bath sheets, and thoughtful details like shower caps and extra hand towels provided. We were also given the opportunity to charge our car at no extra cost. I recommend Hotel I Due Cigni very very highly and would 100% return for another stay.

I wish we could have stayed longer and had time to sample their dinner menus.

the location is convenient and easy to find. parking I is right in front in a quiet wooded surrounding. The breakfast was delicious home-made cakes. One of the brothers is a chef and the other, an entertaining comedian with a bundle of energy. will definitely come back to stay here!

There are two other restaurants near by but the one that’s not a pizzeria is best accessed by driving unles a you don’t mind walking in the dark. My suggestion is to eat at the hotel and sample the owner/chef’s culinary skills or eat earlier and try not to return too late; or just drive to the restaurant.

The family that runs the property is very accommodating. Niccolo, the receptionist is a one man tornado and eager to please. Dinner at the property was semi-family style. A 4 course meal was served with limited menu choices. The meals are simple, and delicious, and there is no pretense of haute cuisine.

I have no complaints. The property is clean, comfortable with good food but is not fancy. It is several miles from the Monetpulciano so if you want to be close to the town center this is not the place for you,

I've never had this kind of personal experience / friendliness in any hotels I've visited. The service was amazing. I brought my parents to this trip and they were pleased every morning.. Niccolo greeted us with a big warm smile and guided us to the breakfast room / explanining everything they have. We also loved the coffee but we felt bad because we kept ordering for more. The triple room was big enough to accommodate all of us (3) and everything was spotless clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and my sister!

Location was a little further away from the tours we booked but the breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and satisfy our travel needs.

Nothing. The whole experience was great. Just being a little closer to Montepulciano Stazione would have been great but the hotel experience more than made up for location.

Staff were fantastic and extremely accommodating. Free Parking on site. Location was perfect. Just outside Montepulciano in Sant'Albino...2 very good restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was perfect. Honestly don't know what else the Hotel could do to improve. We had a fantastic time.
