Room is located in the middle of the Galleria Umberto I. When you enter the room is like you get into a palace. But is even more incredible when you open the window and you notice you are in the middle of the gallery. with a outstanding views. You are located in a perfect place to go walking everywhere. Even close to Beverello harbor where you can visit the islands. Room confortable with all amenities,

If you want to have breakfast you have to change building and go to the hotel Better to have breakfast around. You have plenty of good places.

It is possible to buy breakfasts for 11 Euro, but unfortunately they are in a different place, in the hotel, in a different part of the gallery.

Location, clean room, fab decor and comfortable beds. Good communication beforehand to ensure room was set up properly for 3 ladies and host was there to greet us upon arrival.

Cold water on first evening was rather unpleasant after travelling all day. This did not happen again, thank goodness. No left luggage facility on our last day as no reception onsite.

The location was excellent. The hotel is situated in the shopping centre - Galleria Umberto - which is just an amazing building. We didn't stay in the main part of the hotel but in another building (B&B) which is on via Santa Brigida itself. It was just off via Toledo which had lots of options for street food, pizzerias, trattorias and shops. Only a 10 minute walk from the port where we caught the bus from the railway station, so easy to get to. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and the bed very comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for me. The room was spectacular. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The weather was excellent.

The TV was not level and the bracket couldn't be adjusted but I never really used it so it wasn't an issue. The only socket I could use for recharging was the hairdryer socket in the bathroom. The safe wasn't working but as I didn't need it I didn't report it.

Amazing staff, helpful and pleasant! They help you with everything from beginning to end! And very clean, quiet, in the center, highly recommend!

Superb location on top of the shopping piazza (Galleria Umberto) Huge balcony, big, luxurious room.

The town noise at night; unfortunately there are people in the piazza all night.

very friendly staff and good choices for breakfast, the location is excellent as it is very central next to shops and restaurants yet the rooms are mainly facing an atrium or yard away from street noises

It is a bit hard to find but instructions are provided and communication with the staff is very prompt and helpful

Location Location close to everything... restaurants, cafes and shops. Easy to get to via Train Stations..... Easy to get to Landmarks and Historic Sites. Very quiet inside the building. Very clean. Plenty of Hot Water. There is a lift as the place is on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend this place to stay when in Naples.

is clean and is inside a touristic atraction exactly in the center and the room is kept as old as it was but very clean

the internet connection was not so good and the biscuits from tea were soooo old! hehe is not that bad
