Access to hotel is a bit inconvenient due to location in pedestrian only area. Taxi has to drop you off about 2 blocks away. Not really a big deal unless you have a lot of luggage Also no elevator at the entrance, so you have to drag your luggage up a fairly steep staircase to get to the front desk Location downside is a lot of street noise well into the night

Though this cosy little hotel is situated on Via Toledo, a busy street, our room was quiet. Our room was also small but very functional (note we opted for the smaller room they have bigger ones). The bathroom was amazing with it's spa-like features, like the rain shower and mood lighting options. The staff is exceptional, they really look out for you. We enjoyed breakfast as well. Little taverna's surround the place, if you walk just a street up, you will have plenty of choices for amazing food for lunch/dinner. This is the perfect hotel for a long weekend, I cannot recommend it enough.

I really loved the location and the second side entrance available after you check in. It was so convenient (along with the code vs keycard system) and opened to an amazing restaurant next door. Right on a busy street but very quiet if you have a courtyard view.

Main door is a little tricky and no elevator for that entrance but the side door makes up for it.

Location was great. The staff was excellent. Room cleanliness and the toilet also. Amenities very nice Restaurant suggested from the reception (at the second exit of the hotel) was incredible. Must visit if you stay.

Too noisy place due to the floor level. You can hear people talking from outside. (all rooms are on 1st floor) . Very difficult to carry luggages to this hotel because it is inside this pedestrian street, Nor cars neither Taxi can get in. So definitely visitors have to carry light weight luggage’s. The nearest drop off place is 5min walking. Rough road for luggage wheels. If you know this go prepared.

Perfect location for exploring every area of Naples. Close to the metro for our visit to Pompeii too. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful. Our courtyard room was amazingly quiet; the coffee was excellent as were the breakfasts. Perfect! We will definitely be back when we next visit Naples :)

the place is in the city centre, but still quiet. Very clean, the staff nice and helpful.

the price is very high. I had it booked also during low season, but couldn’t go because of Covid, and the rate was the same, so not to blame to high season…for one night stay, just for the room and breakfast , it’s way too expensive. i would have expected some other perks coming with the stay.

A "due passi" from the Teatro San Carlos and Royal Palace. Taxi stand a block away, the Spanish Quarter up any of the nearby alleys. Very convenient and very quiet considering that the main "passegiatta" street of Naples is right outside the front door.

Priced a bit on the high side for what it was. If I were to go back to Naples I would research more extensively for a better value. Also, charged extra for small modifications to the breakfast menu which was simply "nickel and diming" considering the premium-level rates charged. Finally, left one suitcase behind for a few days for which we were charged a daily fee. Again, should not at a hotel that charges the rates they do. Staff, on the other hand, superb.

Very clean and modern room, and a nice breakfast. The hotel is small so there really was an intimate boutique hotel atmosphere which we liked. Service was very good, too.

Our room had windows directly to the narrow street at street level so they were kind of frosted glass. This is of course understandable, the hotel is in the old city center so we didn’t expect great views especially from a street level room. Still the room was quiet which was a nice surprise.

Great location, lovely, clean hotel. Our room was looking onto a courtyard, so it was nice and quite during our stay. Possibility to open a window was a plus. Nice breakfast served with real espresso coffee. We were offered with a refreshment upon arrival which was a thotful gesture
