The location was very close to the heart of the city. We walked around all the time. Also close to the main train station, metro station and all the shops and good restaurants. The hostess was very kind and attentive, caring and very quickly responding. Spacious room an comfortable bed, large extra bed, balcony and a great coffee machine in the common area. Regular and efficient Room Cleaning. Good Wifi, very easy and speedy.

We could not leave the window open, as the Napolitans are very noisy in driving! Driving very fast and loud! The damp in the room was a bit annoying, despite the AC. The entrance is also not as good as the room itself. But it is typical napoleatan and nothing is wrong with it...

The host was very friendly and helpful! We had everything we need in the apartment, even the extra towels, small fridge. We also liked the availability of coffee, tea and water for common usage.

For the suggestion: it will be good to have shampoo, apart from the body wash. but overall everything was satisfactory. I also felt like the neighbourhood was a bit hectic during the day and scary at night, but it was close to the centre.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodation is near most points of interest and a lot of restaurants and cafes. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, providing us information regarding touristic attractions and transportation inside and outside the city (metro, train, ferry). We also received a city map from the host. Also, the espresso we had every morning at the accomodation was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. location is great walking distance from the Old Town. Room was very clean and spacious. Best host ever. Very warm welcome. Very friendly! Explained us everything what to see where to eat. AMAZING HOST AND CITY. Highly recommended this place!!

Everything was great! The room was as in the pictures and it was spacious and big. I read the comments about it being noisy and I mean the city itself is noisy with lots of people and cars, but the room was soundproofed enough not to interfere with a peaceful rest. I recommend !!!!!

Great hosts, they welcomed us and explained everything we neet to see and try from Naples kitchen. The room was great and clean, bathroom also clean and good. Location is nearby the historic cente, groceries and restaurants. I recommend hardly!

Location - on Via Carbonara (Hop On Hop Off red line). Bedroom bright & airy with air conditioning. Good sized shower in en-suite . Spotlessly clean apartment with modern furnishings. Welcome coffee offered on arrival. Hosts very helpful in giving directions to property and booking airport taxi.

No shower gel, shampoo or shower cap in bathroom, which would have been helpful at the end of our stay in Italy. Pillows were of very poor quality. Street noise.

Everything was exactly like in the pictures and Fortuna is a great host. Very close to the city center and the train station Garibaldi. We will definitely return to stay here if we come to Napoli again. We loved it!

The location is very comfty for travellers arriving by train. Location is couple minutes walk from the train station. It is facing a pretty busy street with traffic and downstairs are small cafes but sound isolation was working well. A small balcony facing the street and you can see the vulcano in the distance. The host offered a coffee at arrival and organized a shuttle to the airport. As well she has prepared a map and suggestions what to see and where to dine. There is a small fridge in the room and tea and coffee pot for a communal use.

The owner was really nice and helpful with everything we needed.

The cleanliness could be a little better. We missed maybe a bit more storage/closed.
