The apartment overall was great, the location was amazing. Everything was very close to the apartment: train station, port, airport, Via Toledo, Via Tribunali with great restaurants, great cafes nearby. The host was beyond helpful, explained everything to us, answered all of our questions. The facilities of the apartment were very good, it had all we needed. We've got free upgrade of the apartment from the host, which was very kind of him. That wasn't our first time in Napoli but thanks to this apartment and it's location it was the best time we've had in this city, definitely coming back here.

Super location, very spacious, clean. Quiet despite the busy neighbourhood. Staff very friendly. Helpfull staff to order a taxi and give advice. Great area with lots of bars and restaurants. Perfect basis for a short stay in Napoli.

We were staying 4 nights in the summer, every day 30(+) degrees. So it can be expected that you may want to shower in the morning and evening. One large towel (and one small one) for the entire stay is the only negative feedback i have. When i asked for a change in towels, the initial response was that towels are not included and would be charged at 12.50 per person. Luckily they then offered a clean towel free of charge. Again, i would recommend the place to stay and will for sure come back, i just hope that the towel policy can be revised when someone is staying for more then 2 nights.

Service from staff & cleanliness a high standard. Very central location stop 6 on city sightseeing tour. Close to amenities & Garibaldi station. Lots of great places nearby for coffee pastry & fantastic food. Welcoming locals.

When you first see the city it can be a little intimidating with the graffiti & waste & warnings of crime. But when you see past this you find the heart & soul of Naples which is amazing. Please don't let first impressions put you off. Hidden behind this are so many beautiful & interesting gems.

The apartment was amazing, in a great location. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfy! Loved the high ceilings and balcony as well as the amazing old stairs made of stone (lift was available also) Staff went out of their way to help us with everything. Francesco met us at the airport and also dropped us to the port. 10/10 for service!

Only issue was the shower opening was small for a large person - we are not large and had to rub against the wall to exit the shower - this seems to be a common occurrence in Italy!

The location is perfect, on the edge of the Centro Storico and walkable to most of the key sights, but also with easy access to transport links. The hosts couldn't be more helpful and gave some useful recommendations about food options, supermarket location etc. when I arrived. Communications were prompt and friendly throughout my stay. The flat was a decent size and I had everything I needed to cook a basic meal or make breakfast, but it was also easy to find good places to eat nearby.

The first night I experienced some noise from a neighbouring flat till 4am, but I informed the hosts the next day and they sorted it out promptly, kindly upgrading me to another, quieter flat. I had no more problems after that, so no complaints overall. Thanks Francisco and Vincenzo!

Size was good and it was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Secure entry and exit

On arrival there was no toilet paper or soap. Also no cooking knives or a tea towel. Had to ask for a remote for the TV. The property was just outside the Historic Centre and was not as convenient as we expected as a jumping off point for the rest of Naples.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Being able to communicate through WhatsApp meant any questions or queries where dealt with quickly. The location was surprisingly quiet in such a busy city. Great location for exploring the old city and only 15 minutes from the train station made getting to Pompeii and Sorrento very easy.

This is a minor point but the sofa bed is noisy when you sleep on it. Roof terrace was locked so not used.

Very comfortable flat in a good location. The staff were super helpful, especially Francisco. It felt very secure and that was important to us on our first visit to Naples. The building was only recently refurbished so it has a nice new feel to it. You can walk to the station easily for Pompeii etc and in the other direction it's easy to walk to the centre of things. Great little bar for morning coffee a 2 minute stroll.

Nothing really. The was a bit of noise from the next room which staff dealt with. I think they should leave a starter toilet roll, though!

Would highly recommend the property! It’s great to have the option to self cater whilst in Naples and the apartments have a basic set up but has all you need. It’s very safe and convenient. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly - highly recommend using their shuttle service from the airport - Ivan is the sweetest!

The walls are very thin - it wasn’t much of a problem apart from one night when there was some noise coming from one of the other rooms. The staff were very quick to sort it but worth bearing in mind.

Spotlessly clean, refurbished apartment in the historic centre. The bed was comfortable, and everything looked brand new. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants, and train station, only a 15-minute drive from the airport,6 and felt very safe. Our original hotel booking fell through and we managed to book this the day we arrived, from the lobby of the other hotel! We arrived at the apartment within half an hour of booking, so we were extremely grateful.

The shower needs a new hose (leaky) and holder (droopy!). The sofabed isn't very comfortable.
