The location is quite easy to reach from the central station. It's quite convenient to stroll into Centro for food and to explore. The room itself is very quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They helped with the few requests that we had and were very responsive.

Shower didn't drain very well. The location is on the 3rd floor of a residential block, so be aware if you are bringing heavy luggage like we did. There is an elevator which can carry 240kg max and fits 3 people without luggage, but it requires a 10 cent coin to operate each time.

The location was perfect. Super near the main station and others. For the price it was super comfortable. We paid for the room with the private bathroom and even so was super cheap, compared to other options. The building looks old, and has his peculiar things but it's Naples. So that's the way it works in all the area. Neighbours were friendly. And we barely saw any other guest. Alessandra made it super simple via WhatsApp and even gave us some great tips for breakfast, dinner, drinks and sightseeing.

We could hear the other guests, but that was because they were loud.

Certainly Ravello above Amalfi and Positano. Gran Caffè Gambrinus - the best café. Cala la Pasta - the best pasta. Pizzeria Napoli in Bocca - the best pizza.

The hours of Siesta and the coffee served in cafes. You can have your rules, but after many trips to Italy, Naples surprised us negatively in this regard. Often, even without ordering, waiters in restaurants or cafes, when faced with using English instead of Italian, treated us in a way that made us not order anything and leave.

The room was clean and good for a short stay! The host was really responsive, providing great recommendations and was able to help us with transport to the airport at a very early hour so that was really appreciated - particularly when the taxi was late, she was quick to respond regardless of it being very early and that put us at ease as she could communicate with the driver.

Although the area itself is close by to the station and other walkable sights, we did find at times it didn’t feel as safe as other areas within Naples. This didn’t bother us given it was a short stay and travelling together as a couple but I would consider other areas if you are a female alone.

Host was amazing, she was managing off sight through an agent and when I pointed out the seal in the shower screen had gone, she sent someone the next day to look at it. She was very apologetic and lovely. The host left water in the fridge and some 10€cents for the lift. There was washing up liquid and clothes detergent and the washing machine works well. Freezer is great too. Close to Central Station. Train, metro and bus. Morning View from balcony beautiful.

There's nothing about the accomodation I didn't like. We made some suggestions of a towel hook in bathroom and a somewhere to hang wet clothes ( we got creative with hangers and shutters and handles on the balcony) However host did say if I left it on the table someone would come to take it and dry it. ( I was just a bit precious about other people drying my underwear.) I was a single female traveller with her son and we struggled with the community behaviour and noise a bit here. (external to the property) We didnt venture out at night, just to the amazing pizza place out the door and to the right for a take away. I felt safe, my son was cautious.

Perfect room in a great location, very close to the central station and the historic centre. The host was very accommodating, we were able to check in earlier as well which really helped. There’s an option to leave your luggage for a few extra hours after your check-out. The bathroom is in the corridor so be aware of that but it absolutely wasn’t an issue for us. The room comes with a little balcony, there was even water left in the little fridge for us!

All was great

The location of this B&B was very central and within walking distance of many touristy things, food places and transport links. I couldn't have asked for a better host as on arrival she had send us lots of recommendations and kept checking we were happy throughout of our stay. During my time in Italy I unfortunately fell over and broke my shoulder but our host was incredible supportive and helpful. She spoke to the police for us to get an ambulance and stay in contact all night whilst it was happening and once I was home. I couldn't recommend this place or host more if I tried. We were very lucky to have so much help about our trip and help when it was needed.

It's very close to everything, I especially liked Via dei Tribunali which was 5 min on foot and was buzzing with life at any point of both day and night. The room was cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was outside in the corridor, but it wasn't a problem at all. Definitely a perfect place for a short stay. Alessandra is an amazing host which usually replies within minutes.

Quite difficult to find b&b and contact the property before you travel to arrange entry as it is not manned and therefore you will need to arrange to collect the keys. We did not do this and had some trouble when we first arrived. However I called the owner through the booking.com app and she was very good and arrange access promptly for us. Once inside the room is lovely and very comfortable. The location is excellent! We would 100% stay here again now we know the area and we’re really happy with the standard of the room and cleanliness. The owner was really easy to communicate with and happy to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back to Civico Vesuvio

We liked the comfort of the bed and kitchenette. The flat has a bit of a weird structure but it did its job for 2 nights.

It would have been really helpful to have any sort of soap. The liquid soap was non existent, the hand soap in the bathroom had 3 pumps of soap left and we had no shower gel samples. We essentially used the shampoo and normal towels for anything cleaning related .
