The location is good for getting to the airport and for getting around the historic old city. The staff were helpful and friendly but they could have led us to the room. The room was comfortable and clean. If you want to see the real Naples this is a good location to go to Spaccia Napoli and Via Tribunale. They are now walking areas, for the most part, so a very vibrant and fun area to take in the Naples vibe.

If your room faces the street, it is a major road so there is noise. Don't use the hotel ATM to change money! They charge a 12% conversion fee. That's about 2.5 times the rate at a bank ATM. Might want to have the staff lead you to your room the 1st time. Finally, there was a wedding and the sound does travel.

Very central location within walking distance of the main attractions. we had a suite on two levels which was great for some privacy of our daughter. Bathroom was also large, luxurious and well equipped. Breakfast was also excellent with a great choice of items all fresh and served in their beautiful large courtyard . They also accommodated us for an extra night when our flight back home got cancelled.

although the room was on two levels the 2nd floor lacked storage space like a closet snd drawers as well as a mirror. Everything was on the 1st level which was a nuisance having to go downstairs every time to get clothes or use the mirror. items at breakfast ran out quickly and were not replenished fast, especially teaspoons

Location felt a little rough to start, but it was very good access to Napoli Centrale & Garibaldi train stations. Walking distance to the via Tribunali, which gave us our first true glimpse into the soul of an Italian city, with churches and restaurants galore. Had our best pizza of the trip in a shop called I Buongustai 5 minutes from the hotel.

Drinks from the bar/restaurant were quite expensive considering how affordable most food and drinks were in the area. Priced more like the restaurants and bars near the harbour.

We have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to return. It did not disappoint. The helpful reception staff kindly met our request for a room with an outside space (we had a balcony overlooking the street) and we got an early check-in which was very welcome after our early start and long train journey. It is easy to walk to the hotel from the station. The room was clean with good air conditioning. We can't comment on the breakfast as we did not have it. We will stay again next time we are in Napoli.

There was nothing we did not like.

The location of the hotel wasn't great. The area is a little dodgy. But once you enter the hotel, you forget about the neighborhood. The staff is welcoming and informative on places one can go to and how to get there. You can explore the historical center on foot and the central train station is a short walk away. There are some great eateries within 10-15 min walk of the Hotel.

Perhaps the hotel can rethink about the additional charges they levy for room service. Quite steep!

The room was wonderful. The bed was very very comfy! We had a view on the main street where you could hear cars honking once in a while. But thanks to an excellent soundproofing of the room, I slept through my night without being bothered. There seemed to have rooms directed toward the inside part of the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for one of those room instead. The hotel was well located on the northern edge of the touristic area and west of a 15min walk from the train station. The staff was kind and spoke English.

We booked the Palazzo Caracciolo Napoli as our last night in Italy following a great adventure for a final bit of luxury before the flight home. We had 2 rooms for the 5 of us (2 parents, 2 teens, 1 grandparent). Apparently, we had made a mistake in our reservation for only 4 people, and the staff quickly adjusted to accommodate us. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and eager to please. The location was convenient to the train station, as well as good people-watching neighborhoods and pizzerias. We were impressed by the high quality of graffiti on almost every surface which was really cool, but dismayed by the amount of trash and general filth in Naples - garbage was piled up everywhere and we had to watch our steps to avoid stepping in something nasty. Highlights of our stay included the spa which was available by reservation only for an additional fee (25 euro). Because of COVID restrictions, you get the entire spa to yourself (although we were unclear on how long we could stay; we got 75 minutes). Also, the giant breakfast buffet was very high quality and made everyone happy for the journey home. Palazzo Caracciolo Napoli met our expectations of a high-quality luxury hotel.

The hotel is very large and opulent with expansive gardens and dining areas. However, the rooms were plain and overall it appears to be showing some signs of age just beneath the surface. All the spaces were clean and well kept, but some of the decor seems to be covering the cracks, so to speak.

Excellent staff and breakfast. Room was good as was clean and modern.

Location was good and bad. Good as was close to the historical centre. Bad as the streets outside were dirty and at times felt unsafe (not the fault of the hotel)

the proximity to the train station, airport and centre; breakfast, cappuccino, the space and calmness. most importantly, the very helpful and friendly staff.

the Friday night was quite noisy as there was a singer downstairs. I also didn’t access the spa as thought having to pay an extra charge for that when you are a guest was poor practice.

the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are bright and airy. The restaurant food is excellent and the courtyard is a great place to relax with a drink. the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Archaeological Museum. The hotel feels safe and secure.

the air conditioning is difficult to regulate to a cool setting and I found the room too hot whilst trying to a sleep
