This B&B has several issues that would make it difficult to recommend. The check-in process was only okay, with the staff not speaking English fluently. The bigger issue is that this is not a private apartment, but a shared living space with two other bedrooms and a common living room. This lack of privacy and the noise from other guests and the elevator would make it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Overall, while the location may be convenient, the numerous problems with the accommodations and shared nature of the space mean I would not feel comfortable recommending this B&B. - The bed mattress was rather too basic and not very comfortable. - I din’t risk to try the whirlpool as it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. It would be fine either to have a clean whirlpool, or a regular bath tub. - Leaky toilet was annoying (please fix it).

Each room had an air conditioner, one was even replaced on the same day. The linens were clean, the location was excellent all in all it was a very good stay.

I would love to have at least two mugs(cups)there because it was so hot that we were drinking tons of liquid. Although there was a kettle, there weren't any mugs.

Not according to feature-list on Bookin.com. Personnel do not speak english, no daily cleaning, no furnitures on the balcony, no luggage storage. Warm water only after 5 minutes of flowing, very noisy nights, camera in room, which is not told to be a common one at arrival. Very slow or no reply to messages on booking. Waiting 20 minutes for host though of a confirmed and messaged arrival, noone at checkout (luggage storage).

Loved how spacious the room was, the view was stunning, the location in front of the metro was just perfect. The complimentary croissant was freshly baked and tastes AMAZING!

It could be cleaner (dust inside the wardrobes, the thick blanket was very dirty, and the shower had some hairs), but honestly nothing that made our stay less comfortable and enjoyable.

The B&B is close to the city center, in a safe area. The room was very clean, the AC was working perfectly, I appreciated the fast communication with the host and the fact that after the check-out we could leave the luggages in the apartment. The price is very good considering the room facilities.

The bed could have been more comfortable but considering the low price we paid, I could say that the accommodation was very good.

Location is perfect, right across Piazza Cavour's station - which is quite useful when arriving in Napoli main station (Napoli Centrale). No brainer: just take the train or metro and you'd be right at this B&B door. Location is also ideal to explore the city center. Room was extra spacious, with a strong air con.

At first having a jacuzzi seems relaxing and fancy, but it is actually not very functional when you just need to take a quick shower (as there is no curtain, the bathroom can get quite flooded). We were also not given enough soap and toilet paper, but Chiara, the owner, arranged it pretty quickly. Communication with her via SMS or Whatsapp was super fast and efficient by the way.

Two spacious rooms that are clean and with a terrace to enjoy the outside. All the rooms had an AC unit, which I really liked, it was very warm outside when I visited. The rooms are on the 8th floor, but there is a small elevator that will bring you there safely. The people surrouding the condo's are also very friendly and were helpful.

While not limited to this accomodation per se, Napoli is CROWDED with cars and scooters. Coming here with a car is an absolute nightmare and you'd be lucky to find a parking spot in the neighbourhood. Luckily, the hostess did knew a nearbye garage where we could park our car for € 25,- per day.

Excellent location, piazza Cavour is nice place to stay, felt safe. Very comfortable apartment.

we got a complaint from the room next to us because of noise. It was only my cousin me. Maybe we were talking loud at some point but I feel we were very quiet and we were out most the day. talked to the staff about it, it was all ok afterwards.
